Who said anything about the mig-29 outrating the F-14? Guy talked about turnfighting, I think he means dogfighting, turn fighting doesn’t mean specifically ratefighting.

Mig-29 beats F-14A in 1C fight and can force the 1C.
Mig-29 doesnt beat the F-18 in 1C fight but the F-18 doesnt have enough performance to force the 1C onto the mig-29, while the Mig-29 can force the 2C onto the F-18.
Maybe you lose to the F-14. MiG-29 completely crushes F-14s in a 1v1. Not only does it have marginally better dogfighting FM, it has a much better loadout to force the F-14 to start dogfighting in a losing position
and the F-14 can do the same to the mig

You didnt support your arugment in any way? How can the F-14 do the same thing? What doest that even mean when the mig-29 can force its own playstyle?
wrong, 1 circle performance isnt limited only to turnrate but also turnsize - in wich the F14 smokes the 29
as long as the F18 keeps the fight sub 600km/h it will always outrate the MiG-29. The 29 has no point where it can outrate the peak rate of the F18 (mostly due to the F18s acceleration being too high in WT)

turnsize is exactly what gives the F-14 trouble since it requires such high speeds to properly rate
im pretty shure i have like 10x more dogfighting experience in the 29 than you and let me tell you, the 29 cant force shit.
It can literally not play offensive, its a very reactive plane to play.
You kinda gotta stay fast and ratefight until the enemy makes a mistake - then capatilize on it.

F-18 is a very poor ratefighter.
Mig-29 has enough ratefight advantage to be able to force it.
Mig-29 is just sligtly worse than the F-14 in ratefight, and will reach its ideal rate at a lower speed which means tighter circle too, The F-14 doesnt have enough ratefight advantage in tighter circles to avoid getting forced into the 1C
F14 beats the mig the moment the 14 uses its flaps. Butters taught me that
