Sadly we can’t as we don’t have information on if the apg71/f14D came with the tech or later on end up having the tech it need to use them we do for aim120 but not for harms I did find that somewhere in Texas made a computer or something like that for them but most documents say it isn’t compatible unlike the way Aim120 is
This document is after the funding cuts that reduced the f14D capability as you can tell the lantirn package got chosen as the f14 can now drop lgbs independently and later end up getting jdams (jdams capability came after the lgbs) but the navy still wanted to added aim120A since f14D wasn’t supposed to retire till 2010 but end up retiring in 2006

Now just needs 7P (capable of mid-course correction via Link-16 provided by AN/APG-71) and AIM-54C+/ECCM (Which it could only fire, no regular C or any prior variant)
And 9M to F-14B.

Ah, missed that initially. Now D just needs its other proper armaments, or they should just change the radar and nuke the IRST to call it a B(Upgrade).
