They should call the current premium F-14D the F-14B/U and keep it how it is because that’s exactly what it is. Along with that they should add a tech tree F-14D that would have the complete set of upgrades that it deserves. There should be at least one solid F-14; not sure why gaijn wouldn’t be able to do that. They would still make a ton of money if they sold it as an upgraded F-14B, for someone who has both F-14s spaded, there is no incentive to buy.

Exactly, I’ve said that aswell cause if you’re not gonna put the actual weapons on it, it’s not the F14D, it’s just another F14B with an upgraded radar.

That would be completely unnecessary because Gaijin can just copy and paste it into the tech tree, and they’d have to remodel the IR seeker all over again. They remodeled it recently, but it still looks a tiny bit off for something so expensive, it’s a step in the right direction.

considering no ARH missile has a unique seeker (besides MICA?), i doubt it
I remember its use avionics same that use in AIM-120A. And also C and C+ internal seeker are digital it’s mean it can shoot down all aspects and use PD signal.

That is only air based modern ARH missiles
Some of the ground based AA systems with ARHs have different seekers and AIM-54s have a different seeker to all the other ARHs which is worse as they lack all aspect. So it wouldn’t be crazy for Gajin to give the AIM-54C+ all aspect
