Since InSpeedWeTrust is my friend and he can’t reply I will forward his message:
“I didn’t add the IS2 and IS3 heavy tanks because, from what I remember, they were identical and people would just talk about copy-pasting. That’s the main reason why there are so few machines in common use without any changes. Plus, there were probably two IS3s themselves, one of which actually served and the other was a museum model. As for the BRDM, I’ll definitely add it as soon as I have time. Now that I think about it, it would be possible to create an “extended tree” that would include literally everything. Another Discord point seems like a great idea; I’ll probably join as soon as I get home. Thanks for helping me in suggestion!”

Where dose the K2PL and the K9PL sit?
Hi, we’re cunrently combining few ideas of Polish TT into one, just so everyone would have word to say, and be satisfied in the end. K9PL is basicly Vidar, K2PL we do not know much about it, for now K2GF is the 12.0. In my head K9PL should be Premium since we alredy have AHS Krab (UPG) and Krab (K9) which play mostly the same as Vidar especialy the K9 chasis Krab. yet both of those are Reasercheble unlike K9PL.
I think that the K2GF should be folded under the K2PL since Poland is manufacturing the K2PL domestically under license. Not to mention that the initial batch of K2GF will be converted to the K2PL

As for the K9PL, folder it with the Krab since both SPGs will be **deployed together in mass and domestically produced under License. (Ministry of National Defense).
In addition to the K9PL (along with the K2PL) being produced under license, players who are not able to afford the VIDAR will be able to play the K9PL.
For a premium replacement, go with the T72M1R and 2S7 Pion

When they finally establish the proper configuration I will add it into my Visegrád tech tree.
T-72M1R is in folder with T-72M1, since the only upgrade that Gaijin will take a look at is the 3rd gen thermals, but engine, gun rounds are the same.
2S7 Pion in Poland was named “Piwonia” (eng. peony), still don’t really know why people really want that 203mm Artilery piece, since its lengh, fire rate, protection and mobility would be worse than Strumtigers. Another thing it didn’t had any ammunition storage, you can ofc bend the logic just like in sturmtiger that it can trasnport some amuniton somwwhere, yet this in WT for now (or ever) is unpractical.
Also Why K9PL does need to be in reasercheble part? Its basicly Vidar, its 1:1 K9 from korea just with TOPAZ Automated Fire Control System, Its produced under licence without any major changes. For now we have K9A1 that was given to as the Stop Gap program, beacsue most of the Krabs were sended to Ukraine, and Huta Stalowa Wola, could’t keep up with demands so we bought K9A1 and lincence for K9A1 and partialy lincece for K9A2 (according to plans). K9PL is practcly “worse” if we can call it that way than Krab mainly due to less efficient breach, loading mechanism and fire rate. K9 has less feeder trough for the loader (only 2) istead of 3 which decreces its fire rate “AHS Krab can fire 3 shots in burst fire in 10sec” while K9 “the vehicle can burst fire three rounds in 15 seconds” Gaijin will take a look at this and think that Krab has 3 (or 2 depends how they will really look at it) rounds in ready rack that can fire every 5s (like PZH2K)
For now K9PL stays as a premium, beacsue Gaijin will make money out of this just like on Vidar.
If we actually get the K9 in A2 standard it will be a good reason to implement it as Tech Tree Variant, mainly beacsue its not Gap Filer vehicle or Linced without any changes Tank.
PS. Only difrences between UPG-NG and K9 Krabs is that K9 has more power to weight ratio and more horse power, in other means are better in every way than K9A1/K9PL, so you basicly paying for Korean Vidar (yes its butter butter but you get the point) that is worse than the Tech Tree variant.
And the K2PL thing…for now untill we see the project finalization K2GF is the toptier (reasercheble OFC) if we get to see what PL K2 looks like it would be problematic after we get to see what the PL modification looks like. And yes K2PL should be in the Folder.

Ok that is fair, can the k2PL be a squadron vehicle at least
I don’t think K2PL should be squadron vehicle since its waste of time and potencial, beacsue K2GF is Korean Type 10, and K2PL is like Type 10 with ERA and probobly more armor, and we don’t really have 12.0 so another reasercheble vehicle won’t hurt. Also PT-91M Pendekar is alredy a squadron vehicle with the other one, so we try to make squadron vehicles only that vehicles who are out of place of the reasercheble part, yet it would be a sin to make them a premium.
I had a brain fart, I meant to ask for the K9LP to be a squadron vehicle not the K2PL

Not really since two squadron vehicles on one era is kinda overkill, but I will consider this.

Is there any information regarding the K2GF/PL optics and FCS?
Such as the thermal/optic resolution for Commander, Gunner, and Driver
K2PL will more likely get KLW-1 Asteria thermal camera for gunner:

Is there a difference between the Polish K2PL and the Korean K2 optics?
I only know that Korean KGPS are 2nd gen and have zoom 4x, 15x, 30x and 60x
K2GF upgraded to PL won’t be exactly K2PL. There will be some differences. So it might be another top tier tank.
