I recently purchased a new computer, but while gaming, I noticed constant lag and choppy visuals. I discovered the same issue on a friend’s computer, so I tried clearing the graphics settings. Obviously, there was no such option within the game itself. Finally, I uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it, only to find my nightmare had just begun. After uninstalling the game, I found I couldn’t access the War Thunder official website through my bookmarks or browsing history. After multiple attempts, I used a browser search to reach the site. After downloading and installing the game again, the login page kept prompting me that my password or account was incorrect. Obviously, I couldn’t have been entering the wrong password repeatedly. After trying for a whole day, I clicked the URL link in the prompt bar. It stated that my account might not have been migrated to the CIS region. This was something I’d never heard of before, and friends I consulted also claimed no knowledge of such an issue. Trusting the official guidance, I proceeded with the migration process to the CIS region—especially since I hadn’t logged in for over 24 hours. After completing the steps, I finally managed to log back into the game, though the lagging issue remained unresolved. So I prepared to uninstall the game completely once more. This time, though, I managed to access the official War Thunder website via my bookmarked URL and downloaded the standard version. But then I discovered my account couldn’t log in, with a message stating it had been migrated to another region. Only then did I realize this was all a trap set by Gaijin. First, you didn’t provide a clear entry point or warning about the CIS version on the main website, leaving ordinary players unaware of the consequences. Then, after I uninstalled the game, you seemingly blocked my access to the main site. When I searched online, you directed me to a CIS version URL (something no one would notice). Finally, and most critically, the CIS version prevents Chinese players from making in-game purchases. While your CIS version contains numerous warnings about being unable to return to the global version after entering the CIS region, this occurred without my full knowledge—and I suspect you maliciously guided me into this account migration. This is a serious matter. I urge you to address this issue properly. I also strongly hope to return to the global version to make purchases and buy my favorite vehicles.

This is a screenshot I took when I couldn’t access the official website from the collection page and had to search for it instead.
