With a turret that was fully wood: i.e. no electronics, components, no guns, no breechs, no systems.
Unlike the Rad which everything functioned for in one turret system on one chassis that it fits on. The difference between the rad and Koelian is simple; one thing existed in full with a functioning turret (the Rad) while the other was a wood mockup with zero functioning parts (the Koelian).
