Would love to play the game on one part of my monitor (Samsung Odysee G9) and have the other half to see something else. Is there any way to do this in War Thunder?

Many games allow it via draging the game to one side of the screen in windowed mode. This doesnt seam to work hear.
Okay, here’s a ‘solution’. First you’ll have to find the ‘config.blk’ file and search for the resolution (it should be under Video). The ‘config.blk’ file is under the War Thunder folder (wherever you have installed it):

You’ll have to edit the resolution field with the numbers you deem correct. In the Samsung Odyssey G9’s case, if you want to use half for the game and half for something else. If I’m not wrong, as there are many Samsung Odyssey G9s, the resolution might be 5120 x 1440, but do check the maximum number you can select in the launcher’s list:

If the maximum resolution in your monitor is indeed 5120 x 1440, then you should set the field to: 2560 x 1440 being 1440 the height and 2560 the length.

Thank you. It worked. Whised the would just enable the simple drag function as most games do.

Happy it worked! To be honest, I think there was an easier worlarlund for this one now that I thibk about it. It was about setting the game a window or window fullscreen at the laucher. If you’d prefer it that way, it might work but I don’t really know.
