We will go from the MCS (which already doesn’t have a line up) at BR 11.0 to the Leopard 2A5 (which wont have a lineup) at BR 12.3. Then to the bloated top tier line up at BR 12.7 which includes the x4 Leclerc’s and the Leopard 2A6. This means realistically you will go from BR 11.0 to BR 12.7 an jump of almost 2 BRs.
Gaijin had previously said they wanted to fill the original BR gap. This was “done” by adding a copy paste Leopard 2A4 and the MCS, untill it was upteired. So now it seems not only are we back to where we stated, but we have taken back another step…

UFP isn’t all ways, it’s 1 way. And for medium to long ranges, but far less useful in closer ranges.
Thermal generation for forest maps is another way.
2A7V is 7kph slower.
you also get spall liners aswell and a way better UFP than most other nato toptiers allround 2a7 is one of the best tanks ingame and 7kph isnt a big difference also you get A L55 cannon with more pen and velocity and you get gen 2 thermals so your good on night maps and long distance forest maps
Gaijin should add some of the countless french/franco-swiss/belgian/franco-russian designs, yes. (Even despite gaijin throwing Swiss tech into Germany for some ridiculous reason, French tree really does need the designs they put together with the Swiss engineers)
But any colony copypasta can stay away. Algeria probably doesn’t want to be connected at the hip to France anyway, they had a very messy split historically.
As usual, this problem is one Gaijin made, and they can fix it if they just bothered to put in a bit of effort.
While the A7 is of course significantly better, the mentioned tanks are at least capable of taking out the Leopard 2 A7.
As long as the new helicopters share the same BR as the Tiger UHT (with a difference in capability comparable to a Tiger II being placed on the same tier as a Panzer IV), there’s really no point in discussing the logic behind these BR classifications.
Personaly, i dont see any big problem here. Leo 2a5 going to 12.3 is fine, line up for it going to be 12.7 in fact.
With Leclercs im fine i guess, imo they are better then leo 2a5, 2a6 and PSO but worse then leo 2a7 (but it is debatable imo) so i dont think that something needs to be changed here. The question is about other tanks like chalengers been at the same br as 2a7, i havent play it but as i know it is not very competetive at top tier but its is just what i heard
Yeah, there are enough vehicles in France that we can add, not too much copy paste.
In AA, we must have something between the AMX10p and the 30DCA.
10.7-11.7 → now 12.3 can be filled by some cited tanks by Wifi-Soldier98.
maybe tanks variant with T40 turret.

Gaijin seems likely to add the Jaguar, so we can do a lineup with it by adding this.
