So in your opinion both should be lifted up at 7.3? xd IS-3 has better armor and better shell than IS-6

Based on your feedback and effectiveness data of the units of the specified Battle Ratings, we have made certain changes and additions to the table (marked in blue). Now the number of units that will be affected by changes have reached 200. Since the changes are so global, we’ll be keeping an eye not only on this BR range (7.0-9.7), but also on BRs higher and lower, since they will be affected as well. The statistics we’ll gather later will help us pick both leaders that will be too effective and units that will have fallen behind, and we’ll apply corresponding balancing measures to them. For example, raising or lowering Battle Ratings, or making balance changes unrelated to Ratings. And based on the results of those changes, we’ll be making decisions on how to change higher BRs.
