The addition of the heat-shell doesn’t justify a 0.7 increase to the american m41 especially since the apds buff which made the apds the higher pen shell. The only advantage of the heat shell is that it can overpressure light vehicles and angle pen
Give PUMA spike ATGM and put br up a little more given they’ve been implemented in game and it would be historically accurate.
Would also be good for German top tier TT lineup to have a higher br light tank.

Japanese 5500t light cruisers (Kuma, Isuzu, Sendai) and Agano forgot to adjust their BR. Please check the statistics as they should have a worse record than the light cruisers of other countries.
Vehicle:
IJN 5500t class light cruisers
Kuma, Isuzu, Sendai
Suggestion:
5.0 → 4.7 ※AB/RB
Kuma and Sendai do not have oxygen torpedoes, which is a strong point of Japanese ships, and Isuzu has a 12.7cm main gun even though she is a light cruiser.
They are inferior in performance to destroyers such as Moffett, but they have to fight against excellent BR 5.0 light cruisers from other countries.

BR5.3 in other countries has many ships that are superior to Agano. It doesn’t have as much artillery capability or AA as Atlanta, and it doesn’t have the armor to fight heavy cruisers equipped with an 8inch gun.

Matchmaker:
Please implement 0.7 br spread in the matchmaker. The Queue times wouldnt be too bad. And please seperate WW2 from cold war era, they should not face each other. Maybe a seperate WW2 High Tier and cold war Low Tier?
Crews:
Can we please shift our expert/ace crews after such drastic Changes? It feels pretty bad top grind out a good lineup with good crews that get destroyed by the next br adjustment.

Changing the CV9030FIN to 9.3 is crazy, that tank is really bad even at 9.0
The best is to show statistics of tanks. On one side we have people who have premiums and don’t want they have higher br (IS-6 on 7.3 haven’t lineup - russian don’'t have tanks on that BR). On second side people without premium cry becouse that tanks are better than tree ones - but it is only skill issue…

Invincible is not a battleship. She’s a battlecruiser with just 152mm main belt armor, which is comparable to some heavy cruisers.
The only 6.3 heavy cruisers are the Des Moines class, with incredible guns. Of course Glorious can’t withstand them, but so can’t many other 6.0 and 6.3 ships. That’s not an argument against raising Glorious. Something like Danstrous’s argument is a proper one.

is6 can be upgraded with bmp-1, object120, btr80a, T-54 (1949) and it’s quite a nice lineup but after these changes there won’t be much left… because bmp goes to 8.0 just like t54 + is6 will fight on 7.7 and not 7.3
tbh idk why bmp1, leopard, t54 going 8.0 lol 7.7 is better
It’s also worth mentioning she only has HE and HE-TF shells.

Early APDS is not good for sloped armor.
HEATFS can pen the front armor of T44s, IS3 and IS6.
And there are smoke grenades on Germany M41.
AUBL74 and C13T90 even can’t defend 12.7mm and longer loading time.
If AUBL74 and C13T90 will move up, I think Germany M41 should follow them.

Any idea on why the Leopard 2K isn’t moving to 10.0 alongside the Leopard 2AV and PT-16? They are pretty much the same.
