XM803 absolutely needs to go to 9.3, there’s no point in making all these other changes if 8.0 tanks still have to deal with what is essentially an XM-1. Most ridiculously unbalanced vehicle in a downtier in the game, if you are in a T-54 and you see a full uptier you might as well just leave.
lowering the Type 90 is simply criminal.
the XM803 has:
significantly worse armor
worse penetration
worse mobility
slower reload
no thermals
worse survivability (only 3 crew memebers, who are all inside the turret vs 4)
how is it essential an XM1?

Changes:
- Option #1: Air Realistic Battles 8.7 → 8.3
- Option #2: Keep current BR and increase a number of AIM-9B Sidewinders from four to six according to the bug report.
Reasoning: To put it simply, the FJ-4B is an inferior, carrier-capable version of the Sabre family due to its increased weight and fuel load and lacks the performance of other typical Sabres. Its energy retention and ability to accelerate to higher airspeeds are almost nonexistent, and it struggles to compete against average 8.7 subsonic aircraft. I would choose the A-4B Skyhawk over the FJ-4B any time.
To remedy this, I am offering two possible solutions, with one to be chosen. Either it should go down to 8.3, or keep it where it is and give it the ability to carry six AIM-9B Sidewinders.

And that was a mistake also, the shvak is what does the majority of the killing with how strong the frag shells are.
This, and we have to remind Gaijin that the Yak-3 and Yak-3 (e) are strict sidegrades and do not need to be 0.3 BR apart.

im sorry, but moving the A-10A (Premium) up to 11.0 is dumb, it doesnt matter what kind of AA is being moved up, at that BR the A-10A even with the AGMs will be useless, it will be shot down with ease before it can even get close.

Strv103a should stay at 8.0 the tank already heavily suffers from upteirs as its armor gets easily countered by heat-fs and early apfsds darts. The tank is also unstableised so it cant fire when moving and can be easily disabled by shooting out its transmission

Why the ZT3A2? It’s one of the few ATGM carriers that actually feels good to play. Even though it gets uptiered in 90% of matches as it is, they still decided to raise its BR. Now it’s going to be permanently bottom tier against dual-stabilized autocannons or APS, which, given its terrible stopping distance, is a guaranteed death. This vehicle definitely didn’t deserve such changes. I could accept it if they allowed it to fire on the move, at least within a certain speed range, but like this…
Early helis are the exact same joke—an absolute dead class and a useless frag-delivery service. Yet for some unknown reason, they decided to bump up their BR too, with some getting raised by two steps at once, while SPAAs only got a one-step increase. Now the lifespan of these choppers will be even shorter. Where does all this hate for ATGM carriers and helis come from?
