Reason: Even before the gun loading mechanics were changed, the vehicle was playing at an average level, but the reload changes had a detrimental effect on its effectiveness. Besides the negative reload changes, their BR was also raised by two notches, and now even at its BR, the Chi-Ri encounters vehicles that are much better than it. Even at the bottom of the list, many vehicles are theoretically difficult to penetrate, and some are simply impossible. The Chi-Ri has no armor (even by the standards of late 2/early 3 rank vehicles, its armor is pathetic), no good mobility, and simply abysmal aiming drives (twice as bad as those of most competitors). Its reload is only slightly better than the M4(76), and compared to many rank 3 tanks, the advantage is even smaller. Previously, it had the lightning-fast two-shot feature, but without it, it’s just a plump Chi-To, and its position significantly above it is unfair (Now, from a unique machine, it has turned into a very mediocre tank).

Reason: The Oplot is very similar in its characteristics to the T80U-E1. The main difference is its greater reverse, which the Oplot pays for with significantly weaker armor. In practice, any top-tier apfsds can penetrate the Oplot frontally without any problems, and even low-tier apfsds have a slim chance of penetrating it frontally. The T80, on the other hand, is completely protected from penetration in the front by non-top shells, and only shells with 600+ penetration are capable of penetrating it, and even then, only with a chance. The situation is even worse in the side: Kontakt-V has a significant chance of absorbing shells that hit the side, allowing the T80 to occasionally survive shots to the side, Oplot lacks of this opportunity. Another drawback of the Oplot is its slightly worse gun depression, -4 degrees puts the tank at significant limitations compared to other tanks. It also has the worst vertical aiming speed at 12.3 and one of the weakest shells. Given all these drawbacks, I don’t think the tank is suited for positions above the T80, as the Oplot is inferior in a number of characteristics, and the improved reverse speed does little to improve the situation.

This vehicle is already overtiered at 9.3, but moving it up to 10.0 would truly be disasterous. It does not get access to Manpad missiles like vehicles such as the Gepard 1A2, gets a limited ammunition count, and cannot engage aircraft effectively beyond 2.5 km.
At 9.0 it would stand a better chance against the meta aircraft and be able to support the team better. Just do not further move this vehicle up in br.

It fits well in the 10.7 br it is no different than the 9040 C. It only impacts aircarft at times.

Reason: Current 10.3 BR (realistic) is clearly too high.The 7.5-second automatic gun makes this tank’s reload time the longest at this BRs; all tanks have reload times of 5-6.7 seconds. Mobility is on par with all tanks, but unlike the MBT, it lacks armor. Some tanks have better guns, armor, and mobility (for example, the Leopard 2K, at 10.0, is better across the board; or the TTD, at 10.0, has the same DM63, but reloads faster and has armor; CM11 with Dm63 and 5 seconds of reload time are available even at 9.3).
The only significant difference between this tank and the Stingray is the thermal sight (the Stingray has an even better reload time and a larger crew).
Based on all this, the Harimau should be at 9.7-10.0 at best (even then, the tank will be below average, since the reload is still higher than its competitors, and there is simply no outstanding stats).

Please put the Ayit to ground BR for 10.3 so it will still have the upcoming 10.3 tanks to play with it will not have a lineup otherwise
the Q-5L is really going to struggle at 11.0
