Very clunky flight model paired with no HMD and meh speed means it’s just kinda fodder depsite having 8 fox-3s, doesn’t belong any higher than 13.7 imo,.should really be 13.3
Insane to me that it’s the same BR as the 27sm, because the stats cannot line up there surely
Slots pleasantly into the old 11.7/now 12.0 lineup with all the chonker chally 2s, plus maybe the AH Mk.1 and harriers, since both are going up too much imo
Vehicle: P-400 Suggested BR: 2.0 → 2.3 Reason: The P-400 deserves a higher BR. It is simply too good for its current rating, even when compared to aircraft in its own tech tree. Especially after the BR increases for the He 112 A-0 and B-0, leaving it at 2.0 feels unfair.
The P-400 is equipped with two 12.7mm Browning machine guns, four 7.62mm Brownings, and on top of that, a 20mm cannon. It also has a bomb load of one 500 lb bomb. Comparing it to the P-36G at 2.7 and the F2A-3 at 2.3, both lose to the P-400 in speed, armament, and CAS capability, holding an advantage only in maneuverability. The same goes for the He 112 A-0, which only has a single 20mm cannon with the same penetration, but lacks the speed and bombs.
Vehicle: Z-19; Z-19E Gamemode: Ground Realistic BR Change: 12.3-12.0-11.7 Reason: The amount of weapon loadout for Z-19 family is significantly lower than Z-10, with no reason to be the same BR as Z-10
least pessimistic comment i can throw without wall of texts
if this apply this game is done and gone
its level of regular reddit lemmings not knowing what their saying or doing
Are you serious about the Viggen at 11.7? All of its sister tanks only reached 11.0, and it’s completely worthless, having fallen to the bottom of the list
So you finally moved the undertiered premium Su-30s up… but then you also move up the aircraft they should be at the same BR with so the change is largely negated.
In terms of payload, the Rafale lacks sophisticated ordnance and anti-radiation munitions, and its ground-attack firepower is capped at a maximum of six AASM “Hammer” guided bombs. In-game, the Hammer is also limited to release at Mach 1.0, further narrowing its engagement window and survivability. Compared with the Kh-38MT carrier, which also carries six missiles, the Hammer is clearly inferior in flight speed, energy retention, damage consistency, and off-boresight launch capability—the Kh-38MT is faster, retains more energy, can dive onto targets from steeper angles, and is significantly less likely to be intercepted by SPAA. In other words, for the same six-missile standoff strike, the Rafale’s actual kill conversion rate and launch safety are lower than those of Kh-38MT carriers.
The Rafale’s air-to-air capability is indeed excellent, but under Ground Realistic BR logic, air superiority does not directly translate into suppression of ground forces. Top-tier Ground Realistic CAS BR should be set primarily by the effectiveness of ground-attack weapons, engagement windows, and survivability. When a vehicle’s ground-attack envelope is clearly weaker than that of mainstream CAS at the same BR, letting it sit at the same BR purely because of air-combat performance puts it in an awkward position in Ground Realistic: capable in air combat, but unable to clear ground targets effectively. A 14.0 BR should be reserved for CAS platforms that materially influence the ground battle. In its current state, the Rafale’s ground-attack efficiency is closer to the 13.7 level, so lowering it to 13.7 better matches its actual performance in Ground Realistic.
It’s ridiculous to put the Super Étendard at 11.7. There’s no way it performs as well as the MiG-27K. The Super Étendard doesn’t even have ARM missiles or afterburner thrust to accelerate.
agree, every gbu-12 carrier aircraft should not be slotted above 11.3 BR, Putting them at the same BR as Tor systems, where they just get blown out of the sky by endless stream of free AA spam? Anyone who thinks this setup makes sense should actually play these jets and see how miserable the average match performance really is.Same goes for the Super Étendard
