True, but I’m saying that some are just outclassed. What advantage does the Tornado have? To my understanding, only that it has speed and a bunch of chaff, but its turn rate is frankly atrocious.
You misunderstand. “I have to work 10x harder” doesn’t mean “I give up” if that makes sense. If I have to sweat, micromanage my speed, and perfectly execute a notch just to survive a single missile, while the enemy just points their crosshair at me and clicks, I wouldn’t say that’s a fair fight. I guess you could say I just picked a bad class or a bad comparison, after all I play strike aircraft in a fighter meta…
Oh man I can’t wait to have the Swiss F/A-18C it’s so cool! I just hope it lives up to the hype. Even with decompression it shouldn’t get uptiered too much right?
Bit of a shameless self plug but give this a read. I will be updating it in light of sparrow buff (and now due to BR chnages i have to rework the update again) but you should find some tips and tricks there to help you.
After BR chnages, full uptier will now mean MK2/MKK (or 13.7 planes in general) should be limited to 4 planes per team, which is entirely managable as premium hornets sensors are currently 14.0 material at 12.7. i think out of all SARH planes, only F-2A ADTW has better radar but i still like hornet more due to 7Ps.
You oughta have some fun as long as you keep your speed and alt.
The M26 absolutely should go down in BR, superior variants like the M26E1, T26E1-1 and T26E5 are at the same BR basically making the regular M26 pointless. Additionally it isn’t a match for other 6.7 vehicles like the Tiger 2 or even the T44 since it is slow like a heavy tank without having the firepower and armor of one. Also got asked for many times and seemingly ignored sadly.
Why is the M247 going to 10.0 and not 9.7? The only other vehicle at 10.0 will be the LAV-AD. The XM975 will be 10.3, along with the M1128. 10.0 will be a dead BR that only has SPAA vehicles for the US??? The M247 will only have the LAV-AD to pair with it, while the 9.7 US does not have a native SPAA.
As I was told many times in the past by CAS mains whenever I voiced my complains about CAS, I now share the same wisdom with you - If you dont want to spawn most effective counter to SPAA then you cant complain about SPAA being OP, can you?
There’s a difference between remembering someone for having a garbage take vs literally stalking them.
This, isn’t stalking.
Also, generally the people who do well in something probably know what they’re talking about regarding said thing.
I mean, would you trust a hairdresser who has a reputation for bad haircuts (in wt’s case, bad stats) over another hairdresser known for making good haircuts (in wt’s case, good stats) to cut your hair?
Idk about you, but I’m picking the guy that damn well knows what he’s doing.
Here’s another one, which guy would you rather have as your boxing coach? The one who’s never one a match in his life or the one who actually has a good record of winning in his matches?
The changes to rather capable Aircraft when it comes to CAS are partially way too harsch, Kurnass and Kurnass 2000 are good but are getting moved to a point without a lineup, the 2000 also shares the BR with many platforms which are way more capable for minimal improvements. The Yak130 is good but lacks countermeasures and RWR which should limit its raise in BR.
Many more examples and most planes with standoff capability also face SPAA with enough range to deal with them or even take out the missiles.
The A-6E against the Pantsir and the Buk? Are you serious? I’ll post the image again—take a look at the aircraft that were moved to a BR where they end up facing the Pantsir and other integrated SAM systems, and then think about it again.
Reason : Currently, this aircraft is very fun to fly but also very difficult; it requires strict tactics and discipline. In this BR, it faces very competitive SPAAs. Most of its opponents have increased from 11.3 to 11.7 (Osak, Grela, 2s6, or Tor). Furthermore, the 2000D, despite being equipped with laser weapons, is no match for the Pantsir S1. The latter, with its missiles and radar, can still see the Mirage and still hit it. The 2000D is defenseless against this formidable adversary. However, the Pantsir’s performance increases from 12.0 to 12.3. Thus, not only will the Mirage 2000D-R1 be permanently ineffective against the Pantsir, but it will also find itself facing SPAAs in 13.3 which are far superior to the Pantsir S1. As the I’m thinking of SAMPT, IRIS, Pantsir SM, or BUK. The Mirage will then be useless. In my opinion, this isn’t fair because, at best, it only has ASL 30 missiles, which require constant guidance. All the way to its target, and while flying very high in the sky.
Please don’t make this plane unplayable.
Finally, I could make the same remark with the Mariage 4000 which has more or less the same arsenal but is not any better off because it does not have a MAW or a decent radar. (Please consider BR change to 12.0 to 11.7 for him)
