Background: The Buccaneer S.2B in real life relied on its ability to run at high subsonic speeds at low level for extended periods of time, in order to enhance its survivability, while making detection difficult.
Reason for BR Change: In War Thunder, the Buccaneer S.2B is fairly vulnerable to fighters, with just 2 AIM-9Ls to defend itself. Acknowledging that 9Ls are powerful missiles, this offset by the cases of the Su-25K and A-10A Early, both at 10.3, both wielding all aspect IR missiles, and both have guns, a signficant advantage for them.
It is also hampered by the fact that in Air Realistic, all the targets are generally in a small area of the map (standfast EC), and so enemy pilots can easily locate the Buccaneer early on in the match.
Additionally, in the BR bracket the Buccaneer occupies, there are many faster and better amred aircraft that will destroy bases and ground targets before a Buccaneer may get to the target.
Give the He grenades to Rank I and II, with Overpressure and many unarmored or thinnly armored vehicles, especially if your tank doesnt have a coax (P.204 (f) for example) and most can be effective. Especially the Pz III Ausf.F and J which have the 5 cm KwK 38 L/42, the Sprgr.38 has 200g Fp.02 and Np.10 with an TnT aquivalent of 256g thats more than enough to Overpressure enemys.
The APDS is what made this thing so strong, and Britain needs a 7.7 SPAA desperately, it will still be strong alone, but it would have to use the much inferior APHE which will struggle much more against targets
5 cm KwK 38 L/42 Aced Max Crew Reload Speed of currently 4.0 Sec lowering to 3.0 or 3.3 Seconds (the fastest). It is a good/mediocre gun, with good Penetration (80mm) at relatively low Velocity (685m/s), but even the fastest reload is 4.0 Seconds.
For comparisson the other guns of similar Performance and size have much faster reloads with, including 1 and 2 men turrets, while the 5 cm KwK 38 L/42 (on Pz III Ausf.F and J as well as Pz.Sp.Wg. P204(f) KwK), it also has a Dedicated loader (and on the Pz III Ausf.J even nerfed by a Ready rack):
