Well, you’re right, they can leave both standard F-14s at 12.7 or leave the F-14A at 12.7 and the B at 13.0 but give them better missiles so they can be competitive
I don’t know, maybe giving the F-14A the AIM-9L and perhaps the AIM-7M, and the F-14B the AIM-9M; if they give the B the Sparrowhawk upgrade, maybe also the AIM-7P, but the most important thing is that they fix the AIM-54s.
Reason: Fighter jets like the F-16D, MiG-29N and SMT, JF-17, and F-16 MLU/ADF are light fighters with 6 missiles; they are rated 13.3 because they are too weak to be rated 13.7 and have a low payload. Extending that line to the Su-30 is madness.
Also for all the grouping I’m seeing here I must need to clean my glasses because I can’t seem to find where the folders are for the blatantly copy and pasted Eurofighters? It’s just an AESA. That barely warrants having to spade the plane again much less grind the whole plane out again.
AIM7M doesnt have data link so you cant TWS lock them at range so you can use full range of the R27R1 and the F15 cant thats why AIM-7P is so op on the premium
But at this point if the F-2A ADTW is considered undertiered then basically every 13.0 is Mirage 4K Su-27/J-11 Fox 3 Viggen F4F ICE list goes on with the exceptions being 13.0 harriers and maybe just maybe Gripen A. (We are all aware that 12.3-13.3 feels somewhat hyper compressed at this point)
Reason: just like the Desert Warrior and the M3A3 going down a BR step, the Dardo should also go down one step since it is similar to both vehicles: it has a better armour and survivability, but worse thermals and slightly different firepower (worse compared to the M3A3,better compared to the Desert Warrior)
