Reason: F-15A/F-15J/Baz at 12.7 makes lack of IRCCM missiles on MiG-29 a crippling disadvantage against planes of their own BR. R-60M vs AAM-3 isn’t even close. Also matches historical loadouts.

Counterpoint, early MiG-29 should not have 27ER as they were still in development when they were in production, remove 27ER, add R-73s

If Falcon and AMX-30 DCA have their APDS removed, than this vehicles should be lowered in BR as well.
Falcon should be 7.3 - since USSR is allowed to have ZSU-23-4 at 7.3, i can’t see any reason why Britain can’t.
AMX-30 DCA should also be lowered to 7.3 or 7.7, since it have very incapable radar.

no 6.7 tank can pen it after they changed the turret cheek armor which means IS4Ms cant do anything against it same with t32s your only option is to flank it but heavy tanks cant do that cause there heavy so something should be done as the minimum armor on turret is now 230mm

Really they all could go to 14.7, they all are decently good aircraft with their main downside really only being radar.

Sure, but removing R-27ER would make them abysmally weak at their BR vs F-15A/J/Baz, as they’d be losing their only advantage (better Fox-1)

Reason: The Tornado F3 already struggle vs 12.7/13.0 aircraft in uptiers, but managed okay so far. With the decision to move the F-15A/J down to 12.7, it is now considerably outgunned in an uptier, even more so than before. Whilst it simply cannot move down, that doesn’t mean it cannot get buffs. The first and foremost of these should be improvements to its CM suite. Specifically fixing BOL (which would be a considerable buff to many other aircraft) and introducing Phimat, which would be a considerable buff to the F3s ability to defend against SARH/ARH threats which is something it currently struggles to do with its current ITR performance and terrible state of BOL Chaff

they should NOT go to 13.0
I do not think the BR raise would be needed if 27ERs are removed and replaced, mainly due to the fact that the standard R-27Rs without the improved motor have an extremely low range due to drag.

Reason: Currently the 9.7 Mi-24s get 550M/S 5KM missiles while the SuperHind at 10.3 gets 342M/S 5KM, so it gets sustainably slower missiles at 2 BR steps above which combined with it not get AA missiles is too much.

Move literally every plane to 14.7, because that would be really funny I think.
Main reason they should also get their pre nerf FMs from when they were originally added.
Moving the mig29 would kill it even if it kept 73 AND 27er bc it would be the same br as the flankers which are just better
