it’s not, it never used it IRL, and the HSS 831L never used it IRL, that APDS was for the RARDEN only
and tbf a full APDS belt on an SPAA is stupid

Unfortunately, no vehicle was ultimately tested with the AVDS-1790-9A, so no.
The Buc s1 has 0.02 KDR, has no defence unless you use the rocket pods and dosnt get an air spawn it should be 8.0 with an air spawn.
The Hf-24 has a 0.4 KDR, it should be 8.7 with an air spawn.
But why are you comparing the 2.

The Ka-Chi has very strong frontal armor, much stronger than the Chi-Ha Kai even. The large size makes it rather cumbersome to use, but it also means that, with its large crew count, makes it very survivable, especially against low-rank opponents. Right now it seal-clubs most 1.0-2.0 vehicles due to its good protection and survivability, while its firepower and mobility are adequate for the tier.

Unless they give it AIM-174B i don’t see it being 14.7 worthy considering that a better plane is sitting at 14.3 (F-15C GE) will get AIM-9X and AIM-120D. If F-18E only gets 120D then it should not be at 14.7 and should be at 14.3
