The gun handling is indeed poor, but it’s the same as the T-72B. The reverse speed is also the same as the T-72B. And the T-64B has LRF.
I feel it has the performance of a BR 10.3.

KV-1B/E shouldn’t go down as their is no easy or logical way to kill it in a downtier (easy or logical meaning viable weakspot that an average player would both know to use and be able to hit with some modem of skill). Even the 76mm machines struggle with it, which are effectively the tank killer guns at that BR. The problems it faces- the VKs, Panthers, and Tigers- should really be moved up instead.
The T-54s are better than both the M47 and M48. I have experience with both vehicles and can say without a shadow of a doubt that the T-54s are better than both the M47s and M48s, for a wide variety of reasons. I can start with armor- the American Mediums seriously lack in comparison to the T-54s. A Tiger II can easily take both vehicles out from the front while the T-54 requires good aim, and that’s if you are close. The T-54s also have a good speed and acceleration while being smaller and harder to pen. The guns are good, and the APHE is consistent. Even the APDS is pretty decent and having APDS as an option is, in my opinion, better than HEAT-FS solely because of how inconsistent HEAT-FS is.
Overall the T-54s are fine where they sit, as are the Pattons. Arguing for the T-54s to go lower feels wrong, as they would be the strongest medium at 7.7 by far and large.

Get f15a back to 13.0
Comparing it to the T-72B is funny. Because that tank is bad.
T72B 1989 is good though for 10.3

Reason : These aircraft are considered to have a reasonable BR of 13.0. While they may seem inferior compared to the Su-33 or Kfir C.10, they still possess sufficient performance.
If you wish to adjust aircraft with a BR of 13.0, raising the maximum BR to 15.0 and then adjusting all fourth-generation aircraft would likely achieve better balance.

Change: 11.7 → 11.3 or lower
Reason: Its a centauro with a sub par reload (its not autoloaded therefore its reload will never br 5.0 in your lifetime unless you pay ge) and decent round if not for the fact the sprut at 10.0 gets 3bm60 with a similar amount of pen. Im more looking for it to be moved down so it has a bit more of a line up with the otomatic or even K41 if it goes down to 11.0.
I cant really find any other tanks to compare it to but its speed isnt really a huge game changer anymore when most tanks are almost as fast as you with similar or better fire power all on chasse that dont get obliterated by bmpts.

The f15 doesnt even struggle so im not even sure what they are doing anymore… they do this and yet refuse to change the br of the f-104 asa? wild…

it kinda does do to lacking any form of capability to bvr in uptiers AIM-7M vs PL-12 isnt exactly a fair match up so it has to rely on its FM and AIM-9M to win which gives a huge disadvantage as you have to force yourself close to win against FOX-3s
but again the 13.3s should go up and the F15A should stay 13.0 and the strongest of 13.0s should be made 13.3
cause even at 13.0 its kinda mid compared to something like SU27 or Su33 due just how much killing capability they have but anything else there fine against

i think off top my head it only has APHE yeah it only has M82 as its best round
only reason its 8.0 is cause people used it to flank a lot and if it gets on the flank and your team doesnt see it can knock out like 4 tanks with it autoloader
Really? The T-72B can stop rounds from other MBTs of the same tier, so I don’t think its performance is that bad.
We’re getting off topic from the T-80UD, so let’s get back to it. At the very least, I don’t think the T-64B and T-80UD should be in the same BR.

T-80UD can be 10.7 sure. If the T-72 b becomes 10.0 and the t-64b stays 10.0
I mean i use the j so i at least have aam3s but i havent really struggled with the f15 anymore than i do with any other 13.0. Unless you have r27ers your not winning most fights as arh missiles are usually ill used leading to easy defeats compared to the r27er which requires a whole playstyle to counter.
