Chieftains series don’t deserve a raise in BR, they are not that good if they stand on their own compare to other vehicles on the new BR. Please consider. Don’t turn UK ground into another France ground force with many over BR vehicles and making no one play it except good players. Make it enjoyable for most of the players. Your data is correct but not enough type of data to increase Chieftains BR

also you can 1 shot it with 20mm if you angle only 1° through the armor hole in the tracks.
Ammo cookoff just is also happening with 1x hit of a bmp or an autocanon in general!
Weight reduction just is something that makes sense - like how is this turret as heavy as the Merkava 4 turrets??? WITHOUT the better engine?
The Namers are nearly unplayable unless you play big wide maps or have stupid player vs you

In all seriousness though, I think many people would agree that a slightly weaker vehicle is preferable to an overpowered one, at least for the sake of balance as a whole.
