How many of those are TWS SACLOS though? yes target switching is a thing, but not many systems have you in the gunners sight and suddenly decide to cycle through and look at a dozen targets within a fraction of a second.
I’m playing with my radar filters to try to stop it, but currently when CAS and SPAAs start shooting at each other it insists on automatically looking at EVERY missile/ rocket/ bomb individually.
I wish they would simply tweak instead of moving such aircraft up as it could be a questionable move with the MiG 21 Bis at the same br. I have it and agree that it’s strong though. The Su30MKK will certainly be its successor. I feel sorry for those with the A5C…

I love them to bits but we go from the pretty balanced matchups we have now to facing the T72 turms T, Tam 2c, 120s (which is just a slow abrams) and a few other monsters which remove the armour meta from mk10.
the 900 is obsolete as the Khalid is 9.3 and its got an extra few hundred horsepower, they are not worthy of the same BR
It sucked pre buff, as it had inferior characteristics compared to the T-72. I still don’t think an increase in reload deserves a BR range as it has no HMG, and worse armour. Its a tradeoff IMO

I mean, you can often try to strafe something from close range, but you might not find the things you’re looking for, especially with free AAs nowadays. It’s a dangerous thing to do.
At higher BRs planes would just engage from distances where you pose little to no threat to them.
You’d then be forced to shoot down enemy ordnance just in order to survive, spending like 40% of your available ammo count at best. If you fail at any moment, you’re just dead.
Does it give information about all enemy units or just one ?
since we are getting a new rank will the RP required to research planes in tier 8 be less than tier 9?
Note that the hull down Chieftain MK10 is the only vehicle at 9.0-9.3 that have enough turret armor to trade fire with the 3BM42. But I don’t think it could take a hit from M829A1.

it can take all the darts it faces as a 9.0 however as soon as its a 9.3 its in quite a different scenario. the armour becomes useless.
its in a delicate balance where its mobility is awful so is easy to flank. Rewards hull down perfectly and is a fun brawler.

Most jets starting from 10.0 get Activation Target Point, which essentially saves a point on the map.
You can use this to locate where the OSA was (after he fired, for example), and go low to strafe him.
I mean sure, teammates could help you.
I think M247 and OSA work very well together.
If you can only choose to have one SPAA, though, Tunguska is the best just because of versatility.
At 11.3 or 11.7, where supersonic aircraft with more capable ordnances exist (such as AS-30Ls, KH-29TES, Maverick Ds), I agree.
At 10.7, though, the only immense threat that you have would be the AJS37s (though they only get 3x Maverick As if they bother to take the flare + chaff pod), in which case it’s actually still a pretty fair fight.
AJS37 may still win but would probably have to expend at least two mavericks and get up close to put pressure.
A-10 Late gets maverick Ds but it’s slow and can’t really climb without getting shot out of the sky.
It can be annoying to deal with but buildings usually prevent it from being a problem.
All the space climbing laser-bombing aircraft like the Jaguars and AMXs are relatively easy to kill. The only real problems are the AS-30L Jaguars found in the French Tech tree and the Q-5L (because of its immense speed).
8 missiles + another 8 from ammo box.
Shooting ~6 missiles to intercept 2-4 mavericks (at the most for Jets at that BR) seems like a skill issue though, unless you include killing / pressuring the jet in the process.
Guns can also be used to intercept munitions directed towards you (though that takes some skill to perfect).
I mean, it’s better than dying to gun strafes / being unable to intercept them at all.

It gives you one ping for one target per Air Alert.
It’s not ideal against multiple targets but you can try to switch between them.
The Strf 9040C is the only one with somewhat close penetration to the 2S38 having only 170mm pen while the 2S38 has 224mm pen.
Strf 9040C/Strf 9040 BILL/Lvkv9040C all take 70 seconds seconds to reload there 24 round magazine aswell while the 2S38 can fire all 148 rounds continuously without overheating in 95 seconds…

Some AA guns are made for versality of usage - ZSU-57 or bofors guns in british/swedish AA guns. I know they can broke game but i didn’t see half of team of falcons… I only see players with one resp - premium tank… Or one stock tank + some lower brs… Gaijin add free usage tanks for bigger BRs but they are stock… Maybe problem it is how that belts work? APDS are often eaten by volumetric armor on some tanks…
