Planned Battle Rating Changes (January 2026)

this is like saying the Su-27/33/J-11 should go to 12.7 cause the F-15 did, like what would that accomplish other than compressing BR brackets?

Flanker all model have much missile and very good missile and has HMS. It dosnt like F-15A.

R-27ER , ET and R-73 have a over performance then AIM-7M and AIM-9M.

Ground AB / RB / SB

IS-2 all variants: Aced reload. 20.8 secs → 18.4 secs
Not only was in proven that a good crew aka ace in game, could load in 15.0~ secs in WW2 testing grounds, but in game the reload is terrible, for not such a great vehicle…
Combine that with losing a loader and you have roughly a 45 sec reload rate as it stands now.

And the F-2A ADTW has 4 extremely good IRCCM AAM’s for close range and an AESA radar with (as i have used) very good target tracking for its AIM-7M’s,

No they don’t lol aim-9m is vastly better than r73s and especially so in sim

I’ve posted a thing like this year ago, but it is still actual. It’s my variant of air top tier decompression that game needs.
(My point of view, criticism is welcome)

That are bullshit. We are talk about Air RB. That under 1.50 Km that missile are garuntee got a kill. But in same range 9M are actully trash. Its always went to flare like 9L like its didnt have IRCCM. I dont know why you think its better then R-73.

t72b3(event) - APS + side ERA + 1130hp engine +0.3br = t72b3(tech tree). And t72b3(tech tree) + APS +1.0br = t72b3a. haha

reloads are a balancing decision.

otherwise centurion would reload in 4.5 seconds and chieftain would be clawing into the 5 second barrier.

at least most SPHs would have trash reloads that save low tier tanks from their unfair nature

Gaijin has selective realism for what they want a vehicle to perform like, even if its proven to be very wrong

9L is vastly better than R-60Ms

I don’t think you play the same game, or you don’t know how to use your weapons correctly

the R-73 performs better at close range and in off bore shots, this doesnt apply to the R-27ET which can be randomly flared from distance or by missiles being fired as it is meant for much longer range launches, a problem also found on the R-73 (and 9m to a rarer extent), but the 9M is generally better for surprise attacks and can resist countermeasures from a multitude of angles. .

The R-27ER has strong kinematic performance, not exactly new information and even more hardcore sims like DCS simulate the R-27ER as having significantly better time to target in range, the ER is rather easy to avoid considering the poor performance of myech and rubin (27 and 29 radar respectively).

lol centurions don’t load that quick guy.

And “balancing factor” for vehicles, okay, well, then why is the worst preforming heavy still at 6.7?

For the sake of balancing it should go down to its historical reload

Yes 9M use a shut off seeker when its wet flare. Its need to play in Boom and zoom style or side way attack. So R-73 in term of performane i think its good in dogfigth then 9M, Its use a gate seeker and thrust vector that make its good under 1.50 km.

i hope you know this bug was already fixed weeks ago

the 9M has a propensity for highly competent flare rejection when launched at the side or rear hemisphere, the missile can only be reliable flared by flowering the flares in a way it captures the flares more than the engine of the aircraft or the aircrafts airframe.

it was not.

no it was i can atest

For 9L and R-60M. Its same performance but R-60M have a bit low range. So its the same.

20 mm guns are still awfully inconsistent, most often not doing anything. genuinely worse than before their half baked “fix”
all that got actually helped was cannons of 27mm and larger.
