A BR drop for the Merkava doesn’t do anything for it because it’s still lolpennable by 8.0 BR darts. The Namer and the Merkava need to be armor buffed more to make them worth being 11.3.
Russian tanks after 9.7 need to be reworked and brought up in BR (Reduction in armour if kept at the same B.R). Most if not all of the Russian tanks between 10.0 and 11.7 need to be brought up in BR by at least 1.0 to improve the balance. If you want to play 10.3 or 10.7 Ground RB for example and you end up facing USSR then you already know your 10.7 MBT APFSDS just won’t penetrate anywhere, and on the other hand if they are on your team you already know they will be stealing your kills with the insane Russian bias these game developers love. I personally loved playing USSR until I wanted to research a different country. This may be your thousandth time hearing this but this is true.

theres alot of spaas that use apds which dont seem right removing it from the falcon yes it was a prototype vehicle dosent mean it should follow the same rules as other vehicles, the apds was the only thing keeping it alive

Game mode: Ground Realistic battles
Battle rating: Strf 9040B →10.0, Strf 9040 BILL and Lvkv 9040C stay 10.3
Loadout change: slpprj m/01 to all 9040s
Reason: Currently with the state of the 10.3 BR bracket seeing more modern vehicles being added to the game with increased capabilities etc I see it fit to give the rest of the 9040s there proper round to keep up with other vehicles recently added to the BR bracket. With these changes each vehicle will retain their uniqueness.
The 9040B will still be a lower BR then the rest but without the increased armor of the 9040C and the 9040 BILL and Lvkv9040c will also still have their unique roles.
please let the B alone
also the BILL shouldnt get it due to its age
I agree the T-80UD is a lower BR then the M1 and 2A4 but with equal if not better performance.
Buc S2 does okay, Its fast enough to get around and has the defensive suite to deal with missiles.
Buc S1 is just sad though with the far weaker engines, Could easily be 8.3 or have air spawn
Buc S2B… Its a 9.7 with 2x Aim-9Ls. Could be 10.3 could be 10.7, really on the fence about it, but with the sheer compression at that BR it should be 10.3. As a ground attacker, its pretty poor, But few ground attakers at that BR do well in their primary role. So nothing new there.
So they can be a really tricky aircraft to balance at the moment.
But if they removed the diminishing returns mechanics and added objectives where their sheer weapons load actually could be used… Theyd be very good.
In ASB I cant be bothered with the S1, but had very good success with the S2 and S2B. Especially since they modeled their wings to be made out of something other than wet paper mache
since F-15A/J downtiers to 12.7, should be fair to give some jet IRCCM (cough cough MIG-29) unless both of those lose AIM-9M and made AIM-9L as main IR missile, heck why Yak-141 not get R-73 if it just 4 like they already have 4 IRCCM R-27T+27ET possible

12.0 → 11.3 or 11.7
Yes it has a 1s reload, and a commander sight, and good speed. But it has gen 1 thermals at 12.0, which are useless, very poor penetration relying almost entirely on tracking and barelling vehicles then flanking, and only having a whopping 26 rounds of ammo is absolutely miserable, all of which combining to make a worse RDF/LT with no premium bonuses

Why should it be 14.0 when it is arguably better than Super Hornet which should be 14.3 although is planned to be 14.7?
So 2S38, is 11.0 vehicle, slow, one shot, with no gun depression, which got nerfed many times. But nobody’s gonna talk about Strf90, with less penetration, but way faster fire rate, much better survivability, better gun depression/reverse, and even missiles, on 10.3… I see totally balanced and not biased opinion.
i feel like calling the 2s38 “slow” is an overstatement
a medicore autocannon that can maybe cripple an abrams vs a one shot kill everything point and click with a half second reload
They are both capable of using the round and were also both around when the round was introduced.
Idk, dude i feel faster, way faster in my M1 Abrams and Leopard 2A4, and they are MBT who can one shot 2S38 from front instantly

if you read my spoilered suggestions (yes its extremely britain heavy, im a british main) I said the ajax should go up to 10.7.
Ajax is a little faster firing but weaking in pen to a 2s38, poorer in mobility too but takes a lot more punishment
I love the ajax (in game, hate it in the real world) but its not much more in a practical sense than a worse 2s38
