Planned Battle Rating Changes for October 2024

How are only the F-4EJ and EJ ADTW going down in br and not the F-4E and Kurnass too

Totally skill issue LOL

Agree, increase the BR’s of the current 12.3/12.0’s. Don’t lower the 11.3’s…

The MiG-23’s radar was nerfed pretty significantly recently, plus the MiG-23M(F) also only gets 12 countermeasures. The R-23R is more of an analogue to the AIM-7E than the AIM-7F.

It should have been 9.3 before. Now that everything around it moves up it should go higher as well.

That’s becasue F-4EJ doesn’t have wing slats and DF sparrows

mode: Air RB
vehicle: S.O.4050 Vautour IIB. 9.0 > 8.7
reason: It’s a big plane that can’t turn well, has zero guns for self defense or for ground pounding, and it has no air spawn so strike aircraft can usually reach bases before it can.

ARB R2Y2s 8.0>7.7-7.3 Reasoning: Through the years the planes have lost their airspawn, had their gun’s muzzle velocity reduced/fixed but had their br increased leaving Japan with only the kikka as their only competitive jet in the bracket. In the current br it lacks the t/w to compete even with 7.7 jets. It shares performance with 7.3 jets and while it’s gun’s and maneuverability might be better it doesn’t warrant an 8.0 br.

Ground RB, T-29, 6.7 > 7.0, under performs when uptiered.

You have a point, but if TURM were moved to 8.7, then it would have to fight vehicles with laser rangefinder while it doesn’t even have an optical one. And though the ammunition works fine at current BR, it would be a big problem when you suffer to pen vehicles in 8.7-9.7. So I guess 8.3 is just fine for a skill-required vehicle.

100% agreed

i played mig 23 back in the day when multipathing was a thing and i understand they might be worse than phantoms in some aspects, but the difference between them isnt that great (except maybe the first mig 23 which really cant do shit with SARH), still, they dont deserve to face 10.0…

GRB, M26, 6.7 > 6.3.

Now hear me out. M26s are pretty much Panther equivalents, yet they sit at a 0.7 higher BR. Their firepower is very similar, so is the mobility. Panthers dont have much of a problem penetrating Pershings at ranges <800m, much like how the Pershings dont have much of a problem penetrating Panthers aswell. Making the M26 atleast 6.3 would be a step in the right direction.

The thing is, there is not skill required for it at 8.3. It can UFP most vehicles at its own BR and lower. It only starts having issues at 8.7+, which would then require people using it to play a bit more carefully.

12.0–>11.3 or 11.7 Rb F-104S.ASA
With the current brs this f104 can see fox 3s that are of course hard to evade but with this being an f104 you cant stay close to the ground because you cant turn fast enough to quickly evade a hill pr tree, also your missiles are subpar for the br and most planes are faster than you in an uptier (f104s only advantage) all this combined makes it almost unplayable at the current br

If it weren’t for the pantsir there’d be zero counter to CAS

0 counter to any other CAS other than Russian

And you talk about skill issue with 35% win ratio in Tiger E, really???

Air Rb, J7D, 11.0>10.7 . I think due to the J7D’s comparatively worse missile kit load out, and similar flight performance to the other mig21’s changing BR from 11.3>11.0, the B.R of the J7D should reflect its relative downgrade in performance against the other mig 21’s receiving a lower BR. These mig21’s such as the mig21 bis SAU, should remain at a comparatively higher BR, rather than evening out with the J7D. Therefore if these mig 21’s go down by .3 B.R the J7D should as well.

I don’t mind either way really, regardless of what happens I still get something out of it.

If it get’s moved down the A-10C moves actually becomes useful and if it doesn’t get moved down I can always enjoy free RP piniatas in my Pantsir, still need to finish spading that thing anyway.
