Air RB, mig21bis (all models), 11.3=11.3
Reasoning: This plane is already in a good spot, the biggest problem with this plane was the up tier against f14, this has a good flight performance and 6x r60mk, too powerful to reduce its br to 11.0
Now the J7D and E which are essentially mig21bis, but with 2 less missiles I don’t know if they should continue on 11.0 or not, it wouldn’t kill the plane if it was 11.3

It’s not going up, effectively. It’s decompression. Since the top tank BR is going from 11.7 to 12.0, anything that is “going up” 0.3 BR (that is currently ~10.0 BR or higher) is not actually going up. Just being decompressed. Only if something is going down, or up more than 0.3 BR is it an actual change (OR staying the same, if it is currently at or above ~10.0).

You’ve forgotten to do one for the Su-25T/Su-39 to move from 11.7 to 12.0 because you are of course totally and completely unbiased

That literally makes no sense. You don’t even play the USA air…
Since the Su-25T / 39 aren’t getting buffed, they can stay put.
The goal of decompression was to make sure that tanks that are not good for the next BR notch but too good for this one can receive a place that it is fine in. KF41 however, should be 10.3(with puma S1 arguably), not even 10.7.

Yeah i know. thats one of the reasons i didnt say 11.7 or 12.0 cause the 2S38 is quite big but also a big rat at the same time

It also only has -5 gun depression vs the Hstvl with what -17 if I remember?
I can agree with 10.7, but 11.0 is pushing it a bit.

In all fairness, since it is an SPAA IRL, it should just have no APFSDS, limited APCBC, and reworked into SPAA. Then it is probably fine for 10.7.

Idk about the Puma. Its survivability is insane on that.
I think 11.0 is okay for it.
The KF41 is hard to say, I feel like 10.7 is fine, maybeeeee 10.3
I killed a puma frontally with the much despised British rifled dart without any precise aiming. Yes he had a bad positioning but its not 2022 anymore.
If it was reworked like that, it would probably drop to 10.3 if not lower.
It’s very rare to see someone doing well in anti tank roles, vs say anti air roles.
But it’s supposed to multi role with limited aa range.
I will have to employ the ultimate no-you counterargument of the large-cal autocannon debate now:

I have PTSD of shooting PUMAs in the rear and it magically only killing the commander.
I also have PTSD of the PUMA being at 8.3 where no one could kill it.
@Stona_WT is the flat-line autocannon performance discrepancy being addressed, or are we just nerfing RARDEN without regard for sources due to complaints?

RB, Puma VJTF: stay 10.7
With the other vehicles moving up this one would finally have a lineup.
This and the KF41 don’t really deserve to go to 11.0 considering their overall characteristics.

They’re pretty much identical to the SM3 so why shouldn’t they go up to 12.0 along side it? Could also make the Su-25MB go up as well.

Either the 2S38 goes up to the same BR has the HSTV-L or the HSTV-L needs to come down to 10.3.

Also Mirage IIIC, could be 9.7. Since a lot of planes will be coming down from 11.0-11.3, you’re just not on the same level as other planes around that BR, at least in terms of flight performance. And of course, no countermeasures. Magic 1s could cause some issues though.
