ARB, Ki-94-II. 6.0 > 5.7
As it currently stands the Ki-94 is an overtiered mess of an aircraft thats almost unplayable its not only slower than every other 6.0 fighter or interceptor, but also has far worse maneuverability than all of them and worse climbrate than most.
The Ki-94 has no place being 6.0 and should be moved to 5.7, at the very least the Ki-94 should be renamed to an interceptor and recieve an airspawn.

It cannot oneshot when it keeps being negated by volumetric.
IMO, Block 10 is really fine at its BR because it is literally lightest F-16s entier the game and Netz will have same BR.
Japanese F-16 is pretty hard to balance because airframe is block 10 but, having sparrows.

Why is the T-80UM2 going to 11.3? It doesn’t have the capability like other competitors.

BR Change: 9.3 → 9.7
Reason: It is supersonic at a BR that quite often faces sub-sonics. It’s BR should match the 9.3 F-104s, so if they move up, so should the Lightnings
BUT:
Red Tops are currently missing their all-aspect lock capabilies. With all-aspect Red Tops, it would quite comfortably sit at this higher BR without issue and maintain its current level of performance
(All-Aspect Red Tops would not be an issue at 9.7, or even at a lower BR like for the Sea-Vixen due to how easy they are to defeat kinematically)

You can’t make a good arguement.
T92 from 7.0 to 7.3
Its speedy, small, 5 sec. reload, can pen any tank. Has no business seeing WWII tanks.
The trash Wiesel with just a 20mm is 7.3 for example.
Vehicle in question: VCC80/60
Vehicle changes: 9.3-9.0
Despite being called a budget 2S38, its abilty to be a multirole vehicle is limited by the low ammo count and can only realistically play one job each spawn.
