Reason: At a BR of 11.3 and even 11.0 other fighters start to match or outclass these Starfighters in almost every way.
Kinematically, lots of fighters can match your speeds and are much more maneuverable.
In terms of offense, your 20g rear-aspect IR missiles are outdated with a huge chunk of the
competition starting to bring 30g all-aspect versions. The F-104S’s radar missiles are average, but they are set back by it’s poor radar, in contrast to other fighters like the later F-4 which are very common. Not only that, but you have to remove you gun (which is great) just to have this mediocre capability.
I play su27 everyday and have no issues, this argument is tired.
Yeah it is. Bad enough fighting the few at 10.7 already. But its going to see even more in an uptier than it does now

None of the faster planes can dogfight it and the only solutions are to run away or to assemble a gangbang. most planes being atleast able to run away is just fine.
Also it can deal with A-10 and SU-25 just fine in a 1v1 situation, go watch defyn play.

Wyvern should still go to 4.7 without airspawn and 5.0 with air spawn.
If you’ve every RTB’d in the Wyvern to reload and rejoin the fight, you know it can still climb really well and be a menace as an interceptor even from the airfield.
You may want fact check that, suggesting non-countermeasures planes should face R-73 is insane

I think it should be changed to a light tank from being a TD and increased in BR if necessary.

Stabilized gun with strong APHE and fast reload on a fairly mobile platform. The armor is quite effective against weaker cannons like the Italian 47mm and German 37mm and the good mobility, RoF, and stabilizer make it very hard to have any counterplay against it when you cannot pierce this armor. When hull down, even guns like the German 5cm KwK 38 and Soviet 45mm 20-K will have trouble penetrating. As a cherry on top, it gets the benefits of being classed as a light tank.
Due to the large size and poor offroad performance, I think putting it at 3.7 where it needs to compete against the Chaffee would probably be too far. Placing it at 3.3 alongside the T-34 (1940) and M4A1 Sherman feels more appropriate.

I think it should loose the airspawn first, and if it still needs a BR adjustment afterwards, then it can move. A lot of things climb well at that BR and its not really exclusive to the Wyvern.
(CN) F-104G 10.7->10.3. This is essentially a straight downgrade over the F-104J, which gets 6 AIM-9Ps (rather than 4 AIM-9Js) and is 10.3. Along with the Su-17M2 and the F-4F Early, these were the only planes at 10.7 lacking countermeasures. Considering the Su-17 is going down, the other two should aswell
Air RB, Yak-28B, 9.3 → 9.0. This thing is terrible, it has only a single NR-23 gun with 60 shells, barely turns. It cant reliably kill bases because of its loadout. Getting front aspect suicidal kills is also hard due to its gun. It can only run good, but it chugs fuel so not running for long as well.

Seconding this. The fact that other similar airborne TDs like the M56, ASU-57, and ASU-85 get scouting while the ELC Bis does not feels like an inconsistency or oversight. When I unlocked it, I was surprised to find out that it did not have scouting.
