I don’t think the SU34 has the ability to go to 13.7, because compared to the SU27SM and J11A, it does not have the same abilities as the Su27SM and J11A, such as energy conservation and energy output. The Su34 does not even have a helmet sight, which seriously limits the Su34’s missile launch capabilities in many scenarios and greatly reduces the probability of the missile successfully attacking or even launching out. So I don’t think he has the ability to go up to 13.7 unless he is given the R77-1 missile, which can help the Su34 gain more powerful over-the-horizon combat capabilities, allowing him to have enough strength at 13.7 while not having a helmet sight and not being able to have stronger melee combat capabilities like other SU27 families. This can greatly ensure the characteristics of the SU34 in air combat mode, and at the same time ensure full playability compared to the SU27SM or J11A in the same series
Vehicle: SMS Elbing
Gamemode: Naval Realistic
BR Change: 4.7 -----> 4.3
Reason: Despite it has 150mm cannons, it actually only has 4 of them on each side. Additional, it has almost no armour, making it extremely vulnerable to destroyers. 4.3 is a more reasonable BR for it at this time
Reasoning:
The AMX A-1A has the same performance as the non-premium AMX in the italian tech tree, yet it sits at a .3 BR higher. The main reason for this is the MAA-1 Piranha missiles, but still, the aircraft is significantly slower than other aircraft at the same BR, has poor energy retention and 2 30mm cannons, which are more like a downgrade when compared to the other AMX. I think both aircraft should be at the same BR.
Vehicle:USS Sommers,USS Davis
Gamemode: Naval Realistic
BR Change: 5.3 -----> 5.0
Reason: Oversized ammo racks makes the entire ship actually very fragile, despite the high firing rate
F-15J/A
13.0 to 13.3.
Air realistic and air simulator.
With the decompression of top BR moving to 14.3, it is time to move the powerful 13.0s up to 13.3.
It is nowhere near oppressive or hard to deal with enough to require insulating 8.3 from it at the cost of spoiling Germany’s great 9.3 lineup for which it is both the only IFV and one of the two SPAA options.
F-4F (early)
10.7>10.0, remove AIM-9J and AIM-9E
Historically the AIM-9E was never used by Germany and the AIM-9J only for training. With AIM-9B/FGW.2 this would be more historically accurate, suffer less from lack of flares, and essentially be an F-4C that trades AIM-7s for better flight performance.
