So why is the Namer and Namer Tsrikhon both going up to 11.3…
Surely you realise how ignorant of a decision this is considering both have IDENTICAL gun/mobility/firepower yet one has APS… so what are we now assuming the Namer 30 is somehow more performant than the Tsrikhon…
cmon gaijin, make it make sense holy hell.
If these are now going to be 11.7 with literally 9.3 APFSDS then at least give them double spike ammo
@Smin1080p_WT can we get extra ammo if these are both going to be 11.3 in arcade and realistic now, this really makes no sense
the msc should not in any way be moved up, at 10.7 its decent, its ammo is ok at 425mm of pen only being carried by its very fast speed, its mobility is alright, armor is on the poorer side and sights being ok. the reason the vehicle preforms well is because french players tend to be veterans not normal casual players. moving it to 11.0 would do nothing but make it so france will again have no 10.7 lineup but also isolate the msc to be ignored as bringing a 2a4 to a uptier is already a disaster
the PT16 shouldnt be moved up simply because it already lacks strong ammo and thermals as well as armor for the br, moving it to 11.0 would put it only .3 below the type90 which offers better everything, ammo, sights, thermals, composite by miles and at 10.7 dm23 is already a weaker round to the other 120mm shells you can find around that area
Vehicle: TAM, TAM 2C, TAM 2IP
Gamemode: Realistic
BR Change:
TAM: 8.7 → 9.7
TAM 2C: 10.3 → 11.3
TAM 2IP: 9.3 → 10.3
Reasoning: Light tanks are a lower battle rating because of their armor, but for the TAM series, that is not the case. As all of them feature shells that are found as standard on the Leopard 2 series in the 10.0+ region, combined with great armor, then these vehicles should be raised by one BR as they could be considered on the same level as the CV90105, albeit without an autoloader.
For decompression and balance’s sake, these three light tanks are not something that should face T-55s and Centurions on the regular, and instead should face vehicles of the T-80, Challenger 1 and M1 series.
aren’t 120C-5s and 120Bs borderline equal with their current representation? either way, i really don’t think BVR should be the ultimate balancing factor at top tier, you still end up in dogfights pretty often in my experience
Reason: The Soyuz is without a doubt, the strongest ship in the game and the only ship that realistically stands a chance is the Iowa at 8.7. All other ships are DOA in a 1v1 against a Soyuz. It is completely unreasonable for 7.7 ships to be facing the Soyuz and Ideally, most 8.0s wouldnt either. Even 8.3s would benefit greatly if they didnt have to face the Soyuz but that level of decompression is currently not possible
Alternative proposal: Increase reload time from 28.6 seconds to 35 seconds or higher
Yes they’re pretty much equal except for at longer ranges where the AIM-120C shines. This is more relevant in the beginning of the match where the F-15E with its rocket spaceship engines can fire AIM-120C from 40km and still hit.
Mode : Ground Realistic Battles
Vehicle : Stormer HVM
Change : 10.3 → 10.0
Reasoning : Stormer HVM only has missiles with no VT fuse, but 10.3 is not balanced.
I think 10.0 is appropriate.
I wrote this before, but I’ll put it again. The Merkava 2 needs the M428 and the modular armored areas to be much more resistant to KE bullets. Once this is done, they can raise the Br to 10.3 or even 10.7.
