why not? its a flareless harrier with more of much worse missiles than other 9.7 harriers.
The ML/A will be very bad at 12.0, but the MLD would probably be fine there.
sraams are very jank but they are still more than op against flareless planes

there all very similar itll be fine same thing as F4J and F4S
why not exactly? its not like the harrier can do anything in a 1v1 situation except run away.
and the missiles have very very poor range, you have to be >1km directly behind someones ass to have a change to go for a kill. and getting there with a harrier is very risky.
other harriers can just lob out 9Gs from 3 km away.
They are a buggy mess that dont work if the target is closer than 400m. and they dont work past 800m (should be more like 2km) and they also have quite a high min speed (which is accurate), which for the Harrier that likes dragging things low and slow is quite punishing.
So with that in mind and the fact you have no flares when you have things like the AV-8A/AV-8S with 240 CMs and better IR missiles at the same BR. The Harrier Gr1 should be lower until they can be bothered to fix SRAAMs and if we ever get a decompression. The GR1 will probably always be 0.3 lower than at least the 240 CM harriers, if not all 4 of them.
(also worth mentioning the Harriers are underperforming across the board in pretty much every resepct)

The RWR on the ML/A models is too bad to work above 11.7. They also have worse flight performance than the MLD too.
