Heres both the CV9030 and BMP-2, both take 4 shots to break the barrel, more if you hit down the barrel. They do the exact same damage.
So again the BMP’s have faster firerate and can break parts better, so either you again claimed some BS because you dont want the BMP’s to go up because you want to sealclub or you’re just a rampant liar which so far both are accurate

BR Change: 12.7 → 12.3
Reasoning:Compared to aircraft of the same battle rating, the F-16 Netz/Netz(Mod) has nothing to offer, neither radar missiles nor IRCCM missiles. By this I mean that, even though it has Python 3 missiles, it cannot compete with the weaponry of the MiG-29, F-18C Early, and others. With that, I recommend that it remain in the F-16 A battle rating without advanced weaponry, meaning a battle rating of 12.3.
It’s 8.3 in GRB and it’s honestly one of the most fun tanks at that BR. It also helps that 9.3 usually gets sucked up in MM, meaning that you don’t see them that much.

Datamine, so far the proposed changes have been 1:1 applied to the dev which is at 2.47.0.123, meaning that they will most likely be implemented today since live is at 0.122
They can add some more but the current list seems to be mostly untouched.
There’s a few changes I assume. At the very least Hunter F.1 appears to be dropping to 8.7 which isn’t on the current spreadsheet at the top of the page.

Plus Su-7B/BKL/BKM are dropping from 9.3 to 9.0
