Reason: Just like RN Eugeno Di Savoia this is very niche cruiser. it’s a glass cannon that can be effective against lesser ships, but the moment it gets in duel against some comparable or higher BR cruisers like for example: Nurnberg, Kirov, HMS Liverpool it gets sunk pretty quick. As it lacks any meaningful armour and has mediocre rate of fire and shell damage. But on top of that it doesnt have floatplane, which makes gameplay more limited. Only + over Italian variant is that it has better set-up of other ship/planes.
Increasing BR for all cruisers could be a good solution, but not before you do some decompression & move High-end Cruisers/ Dreadnoughts/ Battle Cruisers further up in BR or change the gameplay.
Reason: When you have USS Wilkinson at 4.7, there’s no reason for ANY german Destroyer to have higher BR. Z47 have only mediocre HE shells which makes it ineffective against any targets with even splinter protection. German torpedos are better but they are nowhere near as useful as Japanase long-lances and should not affect BR.
Ps: This should also apply to Z46 but i do not have that ship, so maybe I am missing somenthing.
I have to disagree with you on this one. The m2k has the most overestimated fm in the game. It compresses above 950kmh and it looses to an f18 in a dogfight. The f18 both outpulls and outrates it. And the f18 isnt even the best airframe of the br. The m2k is so low bc of its compression issues. The m4k doesnt compress and thts why its such a better airframe

Reason: There’s absolutely no reason for this vehicle to be at 11.7 when it has worse flight performance than a MiG-23 (Weaker engine for example). The fighter variant of this plane is at 11.3, why is it that the attacker version of it is at 11.7 with half of its capabilities? No radar, no R-24 missiles, no extra hardpoints. Please move this plane down to 11.3 or 11.0.
Please move j7d to 11.3, it’s extremely oppressive, it is too frequent in 9,7 where almost nobody has flares. Besides pl-5s are the best anti dogfight missiles, just sneak into a draken or an f.5 busy rate fighting someone 4km away and bingo.
So the PT-16-14 without armor and thermal and without smoke go to 11.0 so this tank play against the Leopard2A7 and T-90 with DM23 XDDDD Looks same battle capability in the gaijin mind? xD
Wrong because no other missile reaches so far away so quickly enough with a small boresight to zip through enemy rocket motors like something like an r73 or a magic 1 does.
Top: PL-5B seeker, it’s a tad smaller than bottom: Magic 1 seeker, even if the magic 1’s pivot angle boresight is larger.

Many of the 11.3 planes have no all aspect missiles and those who do are dogwater missiles or dogwater airframes with two good all aspects. MiG21 bis (good airframe, mASSiles) su39 bad airframe good missiles, mirage f1c, jaguar IS (mid airframe good all aspects)
Mostly good players play china bc its a minor nation.
It is still the largest minor nation and has a good bunch of foldered vehicles exent of grinding that would be mandatory in other major nations even if you could complete the 5 vehicle purchase in china w/o grinding the folders. And being a minor nation isn’t tied to how many players play it. Israel is the smallest minor nation and it’s one of the most played nations overall.
