In addition to what Pyro said. Japan already gets an F-16A with AMRAAM with the F-16A OCU.
China and Italy do not. They only have a single F-16 each and both are getting AMRAAM
The US is a bit of an edge-case. Though ideally now the F-16A could be buffed up to 12.7?
but gives them a F-16A (which is a lighter airframe) as an alternative to the F-16C

That question is sort of a trap, as you simply can’t, because 9Ms would simply launch it to 13.0.
The solution comes from either changing the specific block (giving it sparrows) or just allowing it to have fictional ordnance.
In all honesty, blk 10s having sparrows with the PD radar it has isn’t that unrealistic —beyond the technical pylon compatibility—. To be fair, there’s more fictional stuff than that :P

Japan literally goes from 11.3 to 12.3 for the EJ KAI and 13.7 to the F16 OCU there is nothing between them ,no 12.0 no 13.3 just a straight jump to 13.7

If there’s primary sources confirming the Thai ADF used AIM-120s, send the report and hopefully they’ll add the capability.
All ADFs who got AIM-120s were known to use the missile, don’t get it wrong.

Will the Tiger II (105) also be receiving an engine power nerf? Seems like it was left out of the changes.
I would hope they do because Thailand (again according to f16.net) only purchased aim 9 aim 120 and python 3 for air to air armament for their whole fleet
Tiger 2 105 had a theoretical 900 horsepower engine to begin with
