M10 Achilles reload rate!!!
You have contued to buff M10 (3 inch M7s) reload rate, now it is 5s whilst Achilles is all the way at 8s (which is noticably slower than any other 17pdr armed tank). Archer is at 4.7s, Firefly is at 5.9 so it feels only fair Achilles be around 5.9s
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Freccia P-493
Change: 4.7 → 4.3
Reasoning: Freccia P-493 is currently suffering with its legacy BR back then when it had almost no opponents that matched it except the Pr. 206 and some others. It frequently faces destroyers that it cannot hurt more than coastal vessels found in the 4.7 BR range. It particularly doesn’t have a stronger survivability to justify its current BR against its typical opponents.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Saetta P-494
Change: 4.7 → 4.3
Reasoning: Saetta P-494 is currently suffering with its legacy BR back then when it had almost no opponents that matched it except the Pr. 206 and some others. It frequently faces destroyers that it cannot hurt more than coastal vessels found in the 4.7 BR range. It particularly doesn’t have a stronger survivability to justify its current BR against its typical opponents.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Aconit (Flower-class corvette)
Change: 2.3 → 3.0
Reasoning: Grossly overperforming due to high survivability, better armament, and a detailed damage model. It outclasses all 2.3 peers, so it must be raised.
Doubt it. They’re making place for the F/A-18E to be the 14.3, which is wrong to some extent.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: L9059
Change: 2.7 → 2.3
Reasoning: Very slow and fragile. Its 87.6mm guns suffer from a poor rate of fire, slow turret traverse, and low muzzle velocity, making them little effective in its current BR.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Arras
Change: 3.0 → 3.3
Reasoning: Arras is currently overperforming at 3.0 BR due to its excellent, but with slower turret rotation, 138.6 mm guns. Fairly mobile, it has demonstrated exceptional survivability and can dismantle other patrol boats effortlessly through smart positioning. Unless using torpedoes, average motor boats and gunboats could not destroy it quickly, thanks to its detailed damage model.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Amiens
Change: 3.0 → 3.3
Reasoning: Amiens is currently overperforming at 3.0 BR due to its excellent versatility, armament of 138.6 mm gun, rapid-firing 37mm guns, and 75 mm secondary gun. Fairly mobile, it has demonstrated exceptional survivability and can dismantle other patrol boats effortlessly with its verasilite weapons through smart positioning. Unless using torpedoes, average motor boats and gunboats could not destroy it quickly, thanks to its detailed damage model.
But when do we get changes to Brits early jets br? Vampire at 8.0 became meme, meteors falls not so much behind. Im glad that you finally understood that French and German sea hawks cant be on the same br with British one, while they have more powerful engines and missiles, but maybe, just maybe, not push them higher, but lower the British one? Like compare the planes i just mentioned to mig15/sabers that sits on 8.0 (dont forget prem mig15bis on 8.0) and it is nobrainer decision what must be done. Same goes for hunter at 9.0 which clearly worse than Swedish one (engine and missiles) but sits on the same br. The list could go on, but you get the idea, i guess.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: Marne
Proposed Change #1: 3.3 → 3.7
OR
Proposed Change #2: Keep at 3.3 but spawn in the bluewater area
Reasoning: Similar to Arras and Amiens, but with four strong 100mm guns and a lack of dedicated AAs. High survivability and versatile armament make it much stronger than current 3.3 peers. It has the armament of a destroyer and spawns in the coastal fleet area, which can dismantle other patrol boats effortlessly through smart positioning. Unless using torpedoes, average motor boats and gunboats could not destroy it quickly, thanks to its detailed damage model.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: VLT-1
Change: 3.3 → 3.0
Reasoning: VLT-1 is one of the worst-performing and weakest 3.3 motor boats due to extreme fragility, as it is a wooden boat. It suffers from poor survivability compared to its 3.3 peers and underperforms consistently.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: VLT-2
Change: 3.3 → 3.0
Reasoning: VLT-2 is one of the worst-performing and weakest 3.3 motor boats due to extreme fragility, as it is a wooden boat. It suffers from poor survivability compared to its 3.3 peers and underperforms consistently.
Solution is to move it to rank 5.
Mode: Naval AB & RB
Vessel: La Combattante
Change: 3.7 → 3.3
Reasoning: It’s limited to only two 40mm Bofors guns as the primary guns that can harm other motor boats; however, it lacks torpedoes, making it less effective in harming the common destroyers in its BR range. Its SS.11 missiles are deemed as irrelevant in naval gameplay unless the threats are in close range. In addition, the boat is painfully slow and not as mobile as other peers of motor boats.
Mode: Ground Arcade and Realistic Battles
Vehicle: PT-16/T14 mod.
BR Change: 10.7 > 10.7
Reasoning:
I can’t see the justification for moving the PT-16/T14 to 11.0. It has no smoke, no thermals, uses DM23 and only has a 9 shell ready rack. 11.0 is far too high considering it can face Strv 122s and type 10s in an uptier which drastically outclass it. It’ll also be too easy to destroy it using CAS and spike launchers as it has no smoke to protect itself. It needs to be moved back down or the very least given DM33 and smoke to compensate.
+1 (no more likes for today)
Honestly it should also be 5.0 same as the M10 with all the turret room
I will continue to complain about the F-16 ADF getting Amraaams, instead of change his loadout just add an F-16 Block 30/32 and folder it with the Block 50 in that way you can keep the ADF as it is and a new 13.3 or .7 br whatever br they want
Z47 4.7 → 4.7
Before moving it’s BR, please note that compared with the other 5.0 ships, Z47 only has HE shells!!!
Which means when it moves to 5.0, it needs to use HE shells against cruisers, even battleships!!!
BR 5.0 now already has enough cruisers, how could it go against them?
Mode: Air Simulator Battles
Vehicle: J-8B
BR: 11.7 → 10.7
Reasoning: The J-8B has extremely high speed bleed when maneuvering while also not maneuvering as well as other delta wing aircraft around 11.0 due to its much higher mass. Additionally, its radar is significantly worse than other aircraft at 10.7 or 11.0 (most notably the F-4E, which not only has better acquisition, but also has an ACM boresight mode that the J-8B lacks entirely). It is limited to Aspides and PL-5Bs, which, while good missiles, are hamstrung by its poor radar and lackluster performance respecively. At 11.7 it is outclassed in every aspect by other fighters at the BR, while at 10.7 it would be comparable to its competition.
Along with this change I would also suggest swapping its position in the TT with the J-7E, as the J-7E is a much better fighter.
