But this is literally just changing the belts of a couple tanks. Should not take that much work as its not really a bug just an inaccuracy.

for flares, sure, but AFAIK there is absolutely no difference between BOL, CMs and LCMs when it comes to chaff, which is arguably more important at ARH BRs.
BOL is massively artificially nerfed

That is kinda correct but the f14s have the hottest engines in the game by a big margin so small flares affect them the most
BOL chaff is 1/4 the mass of regular CMs. It should be equal if not slightly stronger
Devs just don’t care… They care about selling premiums more then about their players…

Im not arguing that, just parroting what I vaguely recall one of the tech mods saying, hence the AFAIK.
I know. But they did care enough to give swedish 30mm tracers a year or two ago so it cannot be that hard to change a couple damn parameters to make the french 20mm usable.

BOL chaff is incredible weak actually

I think the j8f deserves irccm missiles, the f4f has 4x irccm and 4x arh missiles at the same br. Although j8f has better fm, I think it’s a decent trade off. Although f14b atp is so dead, I think gaijin can just add f14d with 9m or just give it 9m, it’s just so useless at 13.0

Yeap, there is one more problem… 90% of players don’t care about minor nations like France, Italy, Japan and others. They only care about Germany and USSR with USA and don’t even think about other nation. So why the devs must be worried about 10% of players neither…
I mean just go back to saying they addwd tracers for swedish 30mm. Sweden is a minor nation and they got tracers so the ground strike aircraft became usable.
Why cannot france get the same treatment?

Maybe you are right here, but anyway… Gaijing won’t going to do anything unless it’s something about main nations… I will repeat myself, leclerc was bugreported years ago and bugreport was accepted years ago but nothibg change… Why? Coz noone care…

Well, it had seperate Chaff Dispenser like Mirage 2000, that will be more something than BOL.
And also, honestly, I don’t mind putting F-14B up to 13.3, hell, the US don’t have 13.3 aircraft anyway. Just give it AIM-9M so it can be more competitive, its top speed also sucks making F-14B a flying brick when you turn too much.

I don’t think f14b should move up to 13.3 even if it got 9ms its radar is too horrible. The 14d can be put there
