You literally just created a 10.7 lineup for France with the addition of both Dutch Leo 2A4 and you’re immediately destroying it by increasing the MSC to 11.0 where there are no other ground vehicles at that BR. The only others vehicles at 11.0 are the Super Etendard and Tigre HAD, so if you don’t care about playing CAS there’s absolutely nothing else.
And I initially tried to grind for MSC’s mods at 11.0 with the Super Etendard, and I ended up dropping it completely because I was getting full uptier every. single. time. It was absolutely miserable to play.
The MSC is good but not “facing Strv 122s, Leo 2A7 and BVMs” kind of good, especially with stock HEAT and its only APFDS round being a tier 3 modification.
You also don’t have any kind of capable SPAA at that tier, the Roland is already rough enough as it is when forced at 10.7 (especially with its unhistorically gimped elevation), asking it to face 12.0 planes is pure folly.
The only reason why the MSC is doing so well isn’t because it’s much stronger than other 10.7 tanks but because it’s played by France players. That’s the same reason why the Leo 2A4 OTCo is performing so much better than other Leo 2A4 despite being the exact same tank (hell, it’s even outperforming the MSC).
I’m also not sure what you’re smoking to increase the BR of the AMX-32, that thing is ridiculously mild.

S1 is literally the best AA for shooting down munitions still, IRIS-T is the best when it comes to shooting down aircraft from what I have seen

It is in not superior to other aircraft already placed at 10.7 or 10.3. The playstyle is similar and there is no reason to be at the same Br as F-4EJ which has four AIM-7E.
F-4F is borderline unplayable and while similar to other Phantoms it is lacking the radar guided missiles which justifies a lowet Br.
to be fair it has paper armor less than the leopard 1 plus at higher brs it wouldnt be as good as it is theres too much compressed BRs what gaijin should do is raise max br for ground to 14.0 and un compress everything making balancing easier
