It is in not superior to other aircraft already placed at 10.7 or 10.3. The playstyle is similar and there is no reason to be at the same Br as F-4EJ which has four AIM-7E.
F-4F is borderline unplayable and while similar to other Phantoms it is lacking the radar guided missiles which justifies a lowet Br.
to be fair it has paper armor less than the leopard 1 plus at higher brs it wouldnt be as good as it is theres too much compressed BRs what gaijin should do is raise max br for ground to 14.0 and un compress everything making balancing easier

their dominance is still there, Su-30/34s still dominate the ground and can hold their own in the skies

the modernization program included the aim7´s (IF i remember correctly)
honestly, if it says 38km/h on roads in the manual, then it should be that speed on roads ingame as well, but ik gaijin won’t change that

i looked at the bug reports and they seem to have more in depth testing data than the manual that just says it is 38kph
38kph is probably in the most ideal conditions and wasnt able to be achived in actual combat
i have no idea if it had apfsds but 9.0 would be kinda mid for it it can get killed by one shot from a auto cannon 8.7 sounds better if u have to move it up

that’s arcade, most players don’t care about that. Still interesting that the harrier goes up but not others. Keep in mind the viggen has a dogshit airframe with the same level RWR as you’d see from a MiG-21MF at 10.3
Type 90 should stay 11.3 because it has no armor it shouldnt be the same br as the tkx p
