Would have to see what the bracket is for 12.0 Sim but if its 12.0 to 13.0, it does not need to face Fox 3 throwers.

Reasoning: Since the B-17G-60-VE is reduced to a BR of 5.0, the B-24D-25-CO should also be lowered. Its larger profile and fragile, long wings make it an easier target for enemies, often leading to rapid destruction. Additionally, it is slower than the B-17G, further justifying a BR of 5.3.
Faster reloading Conqueror? YES PLEASE
The new 9.3 SPAA would be thw Ozelot. IR only AA isn’t good at such a high BR.
Mirage 2000D-RMV 12.7 → 12.3 logical step down from the M2KCs5 and is weaker than the M2KCs4 but still 12.7 is completely overtiered
Kurnass 2000 12.3 → 12.0 maybe even 11.7 completely overtiered plane that has no business being at that high of a BR currently without fox 1. Sure the pythons are nice but that should not put it tho where it sits currently.

Kfir C7 12.0 → 11.7 again completely overtiered plane due to the pythons. 11.7 would also allow for a logical progression from the canard over the kfir c2 (suggested in another comment) to the C7
Kfir C2 11.7 → 11.3 would allow for a logical progression down from the C7 to the canard. The C2 is currently completely overtiered for it only having 2 missiles.

Reasoning:
these tanks has no business fighting against 5.3 tanks, the only good thing about them is their armor which doesn’t even help most of time and then you place them at 4.3 vs tanks like Panther D or ARL-44…

BR Change: 8.3->8.7/9.0
Overperforms almost everything at the BR range, even though it should be easily oneshotted it just doesn’t, superior firepower with 105mm APDS with 5s autoloader and 30mm autocannon with SAPHE rounds.
T-80UD 10.3 → 10.7 its beyond me how this tank is still at the BR it sits at currently. A lot stronger than its peers on the BR and its definitely on par with something like a challenger DS
FV4030/3 ‘Shir II’

BR change: 10.0 (Proposed) → 9.7 (No change).
The FV4030/3 is a capable 9.7 tank, but it has no business fighting 11.0s unless it receives a better shell- at which point it is effectively the 10.3 Challenger 1. With the significantly stronger T-64B being at 9.7, I see no reason for the FV4030 to move up.
2S38 10.3 → 10.7 its beyond me how this tank is still at the BR it sits at currently. Especially disgusting in downtiers as it completely shreds the tanks frontally that it faces, which it shouldnt. The tank should reward playing as a flanker and not as a head on brawler which it is way too effectiv…

Leo A1A1 9.0 → 8.7. No LRF, no survivability, no TVD, ok mobility. It has no business being at 9.0, compared to what else is sitting on that BR

Уважаемые разработчики WAR THUNDER, прошу понизить боевой рейтинг китайского F104 до 10,7. У него нет ни лтц, ни нормальных лтх. Любая авиация с боевым рейтингом 10,7 перекручивает его, из стока его трудно вывести, это корм для противника. На 10,7 бесполезен. Прошу перенести его на 10,0 или 10,3.
