The t72b has better armor than the t64b though. Ignore the stat card, look at the xray
Also the t72b has better armor that the t72a. The turms is an upgraded t72a with ERA (ignoring the thermals) and the b is a “new” T72 armor layout with ERA. So at least in armor its better than the turms.
You could argue the thermals is enough to make up for the armor and id agree as i love ESS - Thermal bait
But it’s a 90mm with no APHE, which means no post pen damage and now on even better protected targets.
I get why it could go up, it’s a good vehicle, but not with a 7 second reload
just clarifiying, i didnt say the HAC didnt exist. But it doesnt exist in the way it has been added to the game. The game variant is fake, that is what we have reported as well
also, i dont know if moving it down would do it any favors. If you move it down, before any fighters could even reach it, they would bomb all the bases and then go onto the airfield, and game would be over before the props could even get them. people would just slowly stop playing that BR, and go play something where the B-29 was lord supreme
Reasoning : Take out APDS shell out of vehicle so they can goes down in BR for BR that Britain need 7.7 SPAA, it still have self-defense capability but not too good that make it a tank hunter instead of hunting Plane. (this also include AMX-30 S DCA for the same reason)
This wheelbase has too much low off-road maneuverability, which is why all these vehicles are on low BR.
I propose to remove or weaken the influence of off-road driving on mobility in exchange for an increase in BR
Ratel-90 6.3 > 7.7
(efficiency similar to Eland 90)
Ratel-20 6.7 > 8.0
(efficiency similar to Marder A1
Players are tired of playing against Milan ATGM on Tiger II)
Ratel ZT3A2 8.3 > 9.3
(fast ATGM with tandem warhead and 1200mm penetration, excellent thermal imager, currently BR is low only due to very bad off-road mobility)
Reasoning:
The TKX (P) doesnt offer significant improvements over other vehicles at the BR, especially compared to those also found in the japanese ground tree. Compared to the Type 90/90(B), it has significant downsides for negligible advantages; The gun handling & performance is the exact same (depression, traverse etc.) but it has a lower ready-rack of 14 rounds, worse engine and power-to-weight ratio, also lacks significant armor-protection (given that people know to shoot the turret-roof and ring), with the only significant advantages being better sights, commander thermals and full reverse-gears.
That said, the advantages simply don’t make up for its’ downsides compared to the regular Type 90’s.
If this change was done together with an increase in Br of a lot of other 11.3 vehicles and a higher max GRB BR (decompression), then the change could be justified, however in it’s current form it doesnt make sense to move up the TKX(P), as it would essentially just end up being a filler for 12.0 lineups, while lacking most of the capabilites for being such.
Just means nobody will use it as the rest of the lineup isn’t effective essentially making the vehicles worthless, if only the T55 moved then fine but aiLV and strv are horrible
