Ayit GRB 9.7 → 10.0 again, very strong weapons kit for the its BR, arguably the strongest on 9.7. Since the Merkava 2d and Sabra are moving up the ayit can and should follow them to the higher BR

It’s been on 5.3 and it sucked, and still sucks on 4.0 bcs its a glass cannon in the same way a Sturer Emil is with its immense firepower. You can bring it up yourself but its not a change that would make it any less fair due to its HEAT-FS.

Vehicle - OTOMATIC
Change - 11.3 > 11.0, remove APFSDS limit
Reason - The OTOMATIC struggles to kill any aircraft that isn’t a helicopter or subsonic aircraft. Any monuvoring target past 1km is basically impossible to kill because you need to lead your rounds so much. Its also not a great tank destroyer either because it only gets 12 APFSDS and the SAP cant penitrate anything. Its APFSDS limit should be removed because other SPAA like the LVKV 9040 and 2S38( not classified as an SPAA in-game but its gets IR track and HE-VT so its performes like one) can take as much APFSDS as they like.

Change: Add L23A1
Reason: This is the historically accurate round for the tank as L23 never existed, given the BR increase, this now gives it the room for it to get the correct shell. In a full uptier at 10.0, L23 will not cut it as this a 9.0 round first added on the Chieftain Mk10. L23A1 gives the tank the flexibility to be used in uptiers and maybe even in slightly higher BR line-ups such as alongside the Challenger Mk2 at 10.3.

On paper it has a 20hp/t ratio but the Pt chassis is so bad it feels like 13 hp/t at best.

Reason : The aircraft is woefully uncompetitive against other strike aircraft at its BR, lacking flight performance to reach ground targets before other strike aircraft besides the A-10 and cannot effectively fight other aircraft in a defensive manner. It also lacks All Aspect missiles which put it worse than the A-10 when it comes to defensive combat. It also has the same air to air kit as the AV-8A and AV-8C which sit at a full BR lower and those 2 aircraft have vastly superior flight performance over the A-7E

you’ve definitely never played the ikv 103. High pen round doesn’t mean the vehicle is good.

Give the original Abrams the M833 round, the M774 pen and damage its pretty subpar to its peers at 10.7. Yes, the tank did use it. Besides there isn’t much difference in game between M774 and M833.

Please just add +1-2 to the max br and only move things up.Just lowering the br of things wont help the game at all it just moves the compression to another br ,please do that instead of blindly changing things based on statistics

Extremely strong in climb rate, firepower, agility, and even has decent speed. Very undertiered and belongs at a higher BR.

BR Change: 2.7 -----> 2.3
Reason: Despite it has a 88mm cannon, it actually has a weaker fire power than that of other boats like SF40s. Additional, it has almost no armour, making it extremely vulnerable to even PT boats. 2.3 is a more reasonable BR for it at this time

Bad damage and terrible armor(can be 7mm) makes it okay

France currently has no Premium vehicles capable for researching vehicles at Rank VIII, moving those two vehicles a rank above should fix this minor issue regarding French ground vehicle efficiency;
Just like the CV90 35 NL sitting at Rank VII, moving these two should cause no harm to the matchmaking and would make the research of ground vehicles less time consuming.

Not a BR suggestion, but lowering the BR of the Rapier is the most useless buff ever given. As we have only got a single premium tank at 9.7 and will continue to be used in 10.X line-ups. Maybe if it was 9.3 it would be a great buff, but at 9.7, its kinda a pointless jesture.
Also, its still massively underperforming and has a dozen major buffs outstanding
