Please just add +1-2 to the max br and only move things up.Just lowering the br of things wont help the game at all it just moves the compression to another br ,please do that instead of blindly changing things based on statistics

Extremely strong in climb rate, firepower, agility, and even has decent speed. Very undertiered and belongs at a higher BR.

BR Change: 2.7 -----> 2.3
Reason: Despite it has a 88mm cannon, it actually has a weaker fire power than that of other boats like SF40s. Additional, it has almost no armour, making it extremely vulnerable to even PT boats. 2.3 is a more reasonable BR for it at this time

Bad damage and terrible armor(can be 7mm) makes it okay

France currently has no Premium vehicles capable for researching vehicles at Rank VIII, moving those two vehicles a rank above should fix this minor issue regarding French ground vehicle efficiency;
Just like the CV90 35 NL sitting at Rank VII, moving these two should cause no harm to the matchmaking and would make the research of ground vehicles less time consuming.

Not a BR suggestion, but lowering the BR of the Rapier is the most useless buff ever given. As we have only got a single premium tank at 9.7 and will continue to be used in 10.X line-ups. Maybe if it was 9.3 it would be a great buff, but at 9.7, its kinda a pointless jesture.
Also, its still massively underperforming and has a dozen major buffs outstanding

BR Change : 11.3 → 10.7
Reason : The aircraft is woefully uncompetitive against other strike aircraft at its BR, lacking flight performance to reach ground targets before other strike aircraft besides the A-10 and cannot effectively fight other aircraft in a defensive manner. While it has Aim-9L’s it also has a lower amount than the A-10A Late which puts it at a worse defensive capability than the A-10A Late

Vehicle: Ikv 91-105
BR Change: 8.7 > 8.7(not moving to 9.0)
Reasoning: I don’t see the IKV-91 105 as being as competitive as the other 9.0 light tanks - It’s worse than the TAM in almost every way(slower, worse armor, same round), and it also has the weird gun depression hump in the front left. So, I think it’s best it stays at 8.7.

For the battle rating changes in the current sheet
Please just keep the Finnish T-55M, T-55AM-1/T-55AMD-1, T-62 and Obj.435 at 8.7. None of them fits the standards of 9.0BR, including armour, mobility and firepower. It is a great joke that T-62 and T-62M-1 are both 9.0BR vehicles.
ZSD63/PG87 keep it at 5.3, and lower it to 5.0 if necessary.
Why should you lift the br of a SPAA that already has bad ammo belt capacity and mobility?
VT-5 keep it at 10.7, or give it DTC-02-105 (phase III APFSDS)
Sabra Mk1 lift it further to 10.3
You have created a monster with a 12.0BR APFSDS round and good protection and put it at 9.7 for pretty long time. And you are still trying to keep it at 10.0 to ruin the game experience of lower br players.

Generally poor in every regard except straight line speed, and more importantly it’s a straight downgrade in every regard compared to the P-51C-10 at 4.0. The improved visibility makes up for it, but it’s a poor fighter.

This thing is inaccurate, unstabilised and has relatively poor mobility with a considerable reload for the BR. It is utterly inadequate against even some 8.7 vehicles, never mind 9.0 and 9.3.

Ground RB, AMX-13(FL11), BR 4.3→3.7, I don’t understand why the BR is higher than that Chafee（M24） or AMX-13 (M24) when it has the same performance as Chafee.
