The major reason why the A 32A was 9.3/9.0 was because of how it performed in air battles when seperate Battle Ratings for different game modes weren’t a thing.
Compared to the A-4 Skyhawks (specifically the A-4E Early and Ayit) of which are much slower than the A 32A, they still feature some type of guided weaponry, aswell as flare countermeasures. The A 32A does not have access to any type of guided weaponry guided at the moment.
and like the Skyhawks mentioned above, they have recieved a seperate BR rating because of their weaponry, and the A 32A could benefit from a seperate BR placement aswell.

The ZT3A2 has changed a lot since it was introduced.
The missile in particular got faster and penetrates further.
This along with a really high gunner’s viewpoint and good optical zoom,
a BR increase to 8.7 in GRB I think would be appropriate.

Reasons: Despite having superior ammunition compared to its British counterpart, it lacks additional armor, has poor mobility just like the previous one, and is constantly uptiered at 6.0 due to the lack of BR decompression.

Reasoning:
This tank has no reason being 11.0, just remove the top dart of 3BM60 and move to 10.7 same as T-90S Bhishma.

The air rb performance is roughly the same as the mirage f1 (12.0) (the airframe is good, but the gun placement is not optimal) and there is no reason for these aircrafts to be in a separate br, because their air-to-air capabilities are equal.

Ah mobile IFV with a big autocannon that can penetrate MBTs as well as double as a great anti air with its proxy rounds. It is an anti everything vehicle.
It does not compare performance wise to competitors at the same tier like Puma, Namer, Strf 9040C and performs a good bit better then them.
Every single time it gets brought up that the 2S38 should receive a br bump with the last one even getting 176 likes, but it doesnt get addressed
Yes it did get a “nerf” in the sense of the internals getting modelled more, but it was just as much a buff cause it now has an unlimited ready rack with a gun that doesnt overheat

The LF Mk9 is also one of the most dangerous fighters at 5.7, with THE BEST climbrate at this BR, very strong firepower with currently the best 20mm cannons below jet tiers, and a turn rate that is UNMATCHED apart from a few A6M Zeros and the A7M Reppus (which are significantly worse in every other way).

Reasons: Simple, is very good for 2.7 tanks. and is more needed in rank 3 so whit this changes all wins.

2.3 > 2.0
It’s a B6N2a with weaker defensive weapons at the same BR. While it could be problematic due to potentially being able to outspeed most biplanes, it also doesn’t have much of a reason to have to deal with 3.3 planes. Plus, for Ground RB lineups, Japan only has the D4Y1 and Ki 109 at 2.0, so the B6N2 could provide another option to that bracket. Not to mention, it makes the progression between the Tenzan variants smoother, going from the B6N1 at 1.7, to the B6N2 at 2.0, and ending with the B6N2a at 2.3.

Game mode: Air Realistic
BR change: 10.7 → 10.3
Reason: It’s the Starfighter without countermeasures, with only 4x AIM-9J and a bit better engine in comparison with F-104J. This jet should be a sidegrade to F-104J, not the downgrade due to higher BR.
