i personally love it for it’s 8km radar allowing to nuke helis from the sky. 9.3 with only HE because i want to keep it’s AA capabilities (especially those pesky alouettes and alike that you can’t lock on to with manpads).

DCA40 has an armoured turret that prevents it from being destroyed by machine guns compared to the Leo40/70… Therein lies the difference.
DCA40 deserves to be increased, if Leo40/70 goes up, its French counterpart must go up.
I think the Swedish A32 and J32 should be down tiered by .3. My reasoning for this is the F100D (i argue the american/french equivalent) is faster have 4 aim 9es (as opposed to the J32s 4 aim9b). Some may say the j32 has 30mm cannons as opposed to the f100 20 mm however there are only 360 rounds and the f100 has 800 rounds. Meaning you have to be smarter with your shots. The only other thing is a mildly better turn time but considering the j32 doesnt have combat flaps i see that as negligible.
dca 40 is already at a ridiculous br where it’s useless. Those aas don’t need to go up, they need to get their ap belt nerfed to the ground (1 in 4 ap at most).
So now the G.91s (excluding pre-series) have a higher Battle Rating than the F-86s and Mig 15s… it’s ridiculous. Someone should do comparative reviews, you are not obligated to do periodic revisions, but when you do, do it better and take more time. This process has been a continuous mockery for years and shows little preparation.
the j32 is very nimble and the f100 is an absolute brick, turning takes longer that reloading a kv-2.

Thats just a different playstyle though, the F-100 is faster and has better missiles, allowing boom and zoom attacks, where the J32 can be used (to a limited degree) in energy fighting
To be honest, we simply need to start making decisions on how to balance SPAA. Do we balance off antitank capability, or off of antiair capability.
Honestly imo it should depend on the vehicle, stuff like the L-62 ANTI II and other such 40mm barges that lack proxy should be balanced off the AT role, with a secondary SPAA role. (The same goes for the Lvkv, etc.)
Wheras more dedicated SPAA should be more balanced off their SPAA role. (Missile SPAAs, etc.)

I know it was at 2.7 for the longest time and it was definitely still viable from 2.7 to 3.3, just hopefully they dont raise it past 3.7. It’s still a great vehicle, but hopefully Gaijin knows what they’re doing.

You should lower the Karlsruhe to 5.3 like the Köln. They’re very similar. It shouldn’t stay the same BR as the Nürnberg.
Please raise the BR in Naval to 7.3+ and Ground to 12.0. Naval badly needs decompression and the gap between the worst 11.7 vehicle and the best is huge in Ground RB.
This exactly, noone in their right mind is honestly using the Zsu-57-2 or L-62 ANTI-II as an only anti-aircraft gun, they are played more as a light tank/tank destroyer in game

Imo that is fine, they just have to be balanced as such.
For example, they should give the Lvkv 42 its APDS and move it up, treating it more like a light tank. Same with the R3, since iirc that got APDS as well.
