The MH would be better if it got loadouts like real life. Such as its dual 30mm cannons and such.
Cries in otomatic
Alpha Jet didn’t go up in BR?. Considering it has ballistic computer at 8.7 which is not that big of a deal, but with supersonic? SPAA hardly hit it. and it can see 7.7 vehicle in full down BR which is something. It has countermeasures so it will be fine dodging few IR missile .
Honestly the apaches using the k variant hellfire should be fire and forget not guided. Cause they are in real life. Also the KA series (50/52) shouldn’t be as survivable as they are considering how shit they are in real life even being hit by stingers.
Send Mi24P/V to 9.3, Mi8amtsh is better than both of them!
The HSTVL is not better at all. What crack are you on? It’s round has garbage post pen, it lacks the proxy shell it has in real life, limited ammo cap and its thermals are gen 1. Plus it can’t track aircraft. The 2s38 is so much better.
I’ve been playing T-90A on US server, more often I get downtier to 9.7/10.0 than uptier to 11.3/11.7.
Honestly all of these changes are just terrible. How about we pretend we never saw these, and you guys go back and try some changes that might be good, like increasing the BR of the 2S38.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THAT IS HOLY, INCREASE THE MAX GROUND BR.
Quit dragging your feet
Gaijin: that will be too much work and little rewards for us, erm… we will see
I for sure agree most of these are either unnecessary or stupid, the L-62 anti moving up and the Fox going up do make sense though… also maybe the 76 sheridan but I am slightly bias in wanting that to stay 6.7 so it has a strong lineup lmao
HSTVL is 11.3, it does not need BR 9.3 features like IR tracking.
Anti-air does not make 2S38 better than HSTVL in any way for doing what really matters: Destroying tanks.
On top of that, 2S38’s round has far less spall.
You clearly love the 2S38 above all other vehicles in the world with how much you lie about its capabilities.
2S38’s intended role is anti-tank, with the very good ability (for its BR) to deal with aircraft.
The HSTV-L is definitely better (in most cases) at dealing with enemy tanks, but the the 2S38’s flexibility as a multi-purpose vehicle is extremely good.
Moving the 2S38 to 10.3 and the HSTV-L to 11.0 seems reasonable.
moving 292 to 10.3 makes zero difference since its always matched at 10.3 anyway
2S38 is actually an spaa irl but i bet gaijin labeled it as light tank to avoid limiting its apfsds capacity like they did with all the other spaa
no, 9.0 tanks will be rescued
Any real reason for moving the AMX to 10.7 other than your hate for Italy? Yet Su-25 never go up to 10.3. A-10A Late is at 10.3 with 4 aim-9Ls and IR Mavericks, although it does have much worse flight performance, doesn’t need to move up. Unless you decide to move all attacker to 10.7 including A-6E (TRAM) then it’s definitely unfair for AMX to 10.7.
69IIG 9.0 → 8.7
The protection and maneuverability of the 69IIG are not as good as those of the T55AM series, except that the shells are better than the T55AM, but the T55AM is at 8.7
M60TTS(CN) 9.0→8.7
Compared to the original version in the United States, the Chinese version lacks M774 and ERA, but it has the same BR
J8F 11.7→11.3
The PL8 cannot compete with the R73 and AIM9M, while the J8F lacks active and semi-active radar shells
PLZ-83 6.7→6.0
Lack of high TNT equivalent grenades, unable to symmetrically match the self-propelled howitzers of other BR technology trees
2S38/292/T80UD 10.0→10.3
They are so OPOP
shenyang F5 9.3→9.0
Oh, gaijin, you forgot about it and MIG17FS
Q5A 9.0→9.3(Provide PL2)or motionless
The Q5A machine gun is very poor and cannot compete with the 10.0 omnidirectional infrared missile carrier aircraft
ive played 175 matches with the 292 and every single one at 10.3, it will make no difference to 9.0
If you’re adjusting all of the sabres and MiG-15s, please also move down the Venom because it already struggles compared to them with its poor acceleration and top speed, and having it at 8.7 sharing a BR with the CL-13 mk5 is pretty rough. Would also be nice to see the Swift F.1 adjusted, as it’s comparable to the F-86A and MiG-15 (non-bis).
Alternatively, just don’t move any of those Korean-era jets down and instead start properly decompressing 9.0-10.3 and give some breathing room for the massive technological leap taking place over it, because you tried moving just the F-86F and MiG-15bis to 8.3 a year or two ago and they kurb-stomped everything. 7.x jets will suffer terribly if these changes go through. This is the MUCH better option!
I don’t think I have to say much for it to be obvious how ridiculous it is for a Meteor to be the same BR as a MiG-15 considering how poorly that matchup went when they engaged each other in the Korean War. I don’t know if the Sea Hawk ever fought MiGs, but I imagine it’d have an even rougher time than the Meteor yet it’s also at 8.0. The Vampire needs to go down desperately, the fact that you think it’s remotely comparable to a sabre or MiG-15 is hilarious. It’s an early jet with terrible acceleration, poor top speed, and its only saving grace is its excellent manoeuvrability. It’s rarely played anymore because of the back-to-back unecessary BR nerfs from 7.3 all the way to 8.0, and if it wasn’t dead already it now will be.
Anything with 30G missiles has no place in the 9.x range. All aspect missiles have no place anywhere below 10.3. Anything supersonic has no place below a minimum of 9.7. The F-104 is blatantly overpowered at 9.3, the MiG-19 and MiG-21F-13/PFM/J-7II are less forgiving but still very powerful. The premium MiG-21s need either their R-60s removed or to go up in BR, and the Yak 38s should not be at 9.3 with 4 R-60s - it either needs to lose the R-60s or go up in BR.
The 9.0-10.3 range has been problematic for years but it’s in the worst state its ever been, you NEED to address this instead of pushing down Korean war-era jets and then moving them back up when they overperform against early jets in this cyclical motion every few BR adjustments. I can’t imagine it’s too hard to shift the entirety of 9.3-12.7 up by 0.3 or 0.7BR as a stopgap, and adjust slightly from there, as it’d keep the matchmaker 1.0BR above and below the problematic space the same, and give you lots more breathing room to make 8.7-10.3 more fair, with a much more gradual change from pure gunfighting with no countermeasures to all aspect 30G missiles with countermeasures. 9.X kicks down to 8.X, that is not a reason to make 8.X kick down to 7.X without addressing the underlying cause of all of this.
Also seeing neglect of the G.91s and J29s in the subsonic 8.X-range adjustments. The F-sabres and MiG-15bises are the heavyweights of 8.7, so it would be nice to see some of their minor nation counterparts get similar treatment.
Not a fan of the T-34s going up to 4.0 in GRB. Their armour is pretty thin and their guns are very mediocre, whenever I fight them it feels like the only thing making them difficult to kill is volumetric, optics and the driver’s hatch. Also not a fan of the Ostwind going down again, it’s going to just get used like a TD and start shredding low tier tanks’ thin armours.
