best fox3 in the game and it was at mere 13.3 so it fights 12.3 and some of those 12.3 doesnt even have radar missile of any kind

This tank is not meaningfully more dangerous to face than ZTZ88A/B, XM803, T-62M-1, M60A3 TTS or Type 74 (E/F), to name a few 9.0 alternatives, nor was it that commonly seen in battles. While this Chieftain can work at BR 9.3, moving it up pointlessly deprived Britain of the 9.0 lineup it had only recently gained without improving the game experience for any other players. This is also relevant in light of Scimitar being moved from 8.7 to 9.0 only for it to end up with no lineup there.

F-4J, which is rated higher in air-to-air modes, can take Zuni pods in addition to its full AA loadout and is 10.7 in GRB. Given that JA37C has to sacrifice its missiles to carry up to half the number of comparable rockets, it should not be at a higher ground BR than F-4.

As things stand, China does not have any better planes for 11.7 ground than perhaps F-5E, and it’s immensely not worth uptiering the whole lineup to 12.0 for a plane due to the increased exposure to top tier tanks and CAS. If it was overperforming at 11.7, it needed to have its loadout restricted, not rendered borderline unusable. Unless there are plans for ground decompression that would see 12.7 and 13.0 vehicles go up in BR, there needs to be an 11.7 version of JH-7, either by creating a foldered variant or by changing the ordnance options of the existing plane.

Reason: while capable, the relatively poor gun performance does not warrant it a nerf, especially when something like the Super Pershing is the same BR. It should stay the same BR, or get access to better munitions if raised

Vehicle: Pantsir SM-SV

Currently, the SM SV is by far the best AA on top tier due to its completely unmatched missiles its has on offer. The 6M is by far the fastest and most agile missile that can be found in the game and outshines every other SPAA. In addition you have the great TKB missiles to defend from a lot of ordinance as they multiply you missile count by 4x. All of that paired with a great tracking and targeting radar makes this thing currently way too strong and it would still be a very worthwhile upgrade over the regular pantsir even if it lost its 6M missile

That’s a completely different variant of the aircraft
It is not the best Fox-3 in the game
You can simply avoid it by notching the plane’s radar before it even pitbulls because it only has HDN modes.
BVR isn’t even meta either
Performance above 20km range is almost irrelevant
well isnt the PGZ88 on par with gepard & xm246 but they are at 8.7? or am i missing something
