Planned Battle Rating Changes (August 2026)

T-58 vs other 8.7 vehicles, how is that thing fair?💔personally think that the T-58 could easily be 9.3 and still be good

Guys…

It takes but 10 seconds to fact check this in the Protection Analysis tool. There’s no excuse for ignorance here.
And if you don’t know anything about this subject, why even act like I’m saying something preposterous?

Vehicle F-117
image

Mode: Air Realitic Battles

BR revision: 8.7 → 8.7 Add a standard bomber spawn to it

Reason: Currently F-117’s stealth factor doesn’t help in ARB due to the presence of markers, for a while F-117 was sentenced to be bad until high value ground targets are added to ARB, however Nuclear Thunder’s B-52H and Tu-95M showed that airspawns past rank V may be added if the aircraft really needs them and since F-117 barely makes 3k SL per match if really lucky it may actually need a hand.

So the F-117 could recieve a bomber spawn (3.8km of altitude on average), since a long range bomber spawn (4.5km) would be too much and may remove all tactical play and a strike spawn will just make it be able to kill 2 pillboxes more reliably.

The bomber spawn will allow it to penetrate deep into enemy territory and accompanied by a flank would allow to slip behind them undetected, there the F-117 may strike only 2 targets of important value, it could be a base, bridges (if mission decretes bridges as main targets) but specially airfield enemies, may include AA or even players repairing/rearming.

F-117 would still not be able to dictate most matches but it will have a niche.

I encourage you to to spend some real money (or 10-40m SL in the next lootbox round) to get your hands on a P-59A. The P-59A is faster, has a higher rip speed and its flaps (if used perfectly timed) makes it rather easy to get behind a Yak-3U in your first turn - and you can stay there (like with a plain A7M2).

Details:

Knowing that Yak-3Us are prime targets i always focused on them and waited for isolated 1 vs 1s - and killed several of them either below 1.5 in knife fights or above 6 km with energy traps - but if you have time for a setup i would chose the low alt approach as you run at higher alt into the risk of prolonged vertical maneuvers which makes you slow and the Yak-3U might out-accelerate you. This risk is also there in low alt fights but way more manageable.

Best option is a high speed merge at very low alt (u have to deny/dodge their head-on approach) - the P-59A is able to get instantly at their six and your speed drop plants you there; your turn is good enough that you can stay there for as long as you need to. You need a maxed out level 75 crew and expert qualification for your first turn - and have to keep an eye on your energy.

The rather weak armament (i can’t anything with the 37mm) is the only downside of the P-59A - besides the non-existent low speed acceleration of all early jets. I stopped playing it because (iirc) i had 2 of 3 defeats in a row as my full US team collapsed in a few minutes - ruining my WR from almost perfect to around 81,5%…

Have a good one!

and the HO RI!!! Needs to go up in BR SIGNIFICANTLY!!! ITS STUPID OP !¬

Out of all the suggestions ive seen to buff the F-117 in ARB (and its always gunna be an incredibly niche vehicle in ARB) this is actually a really reasonable one that would probably actually help and not be unfair.

To be completely honest, just ban the F-117 from ARB until we get some actual purpose for them

HMS Spey (K246) River-class frigate

3.33.3

  • Changing the Blue Water Vessel spawn to Costal Vessel spawn

Reason : Grossly underperforming by Lacking a rangefinder for accurate gunnery estimation and missing the armament required to operate as a true blue‑water vessel and it’s more a Coastal Vessel performance (only 2 main guns).

The Flower‑class corvettes are currently spawn as Coastal Vessels (and should sit around BR 3.0), while ships such as the Amiens / Arras , the M‑802 (higher BR but better armed), the Japanese escort frigates like the Akebono / Kari & Type K‑7 No. 4 Sub Chaser , as well as the numerous Soviet coastal vessels in the 3.0–4.3 BR, most receive Coastal Vessel spawns.

The HMS Sprey should have access to the same Coastal spawn, where it would be far more effective.

it’s going so high it will end in the pearly gates real soon

Strasbourg is 7.3 and should be reduced to 7.0, like Dunkerque which has nearly identical barrel counts.

They are so weak I wonder if the armour is working properly, but sorting the BR out would be something

damn right.! that thing is ridiculous!

m829? i thought we were on about m774 considering they are the same br?

Nos shit m829 pens a t80b…

Vehicle: Me 262 A-1a
image
Mode: Air realistic battles

BR revision: 7.0 → 6.7

Reason: Current BR only exists because the word “Jet” is scary for props, 262 A-1a’s poor acceleration and climbrate means it will never be present early on, as the battle timer slowly ticks down and props eventually fly to the deck, Schwalbe will finally be able to start providing support to it’s teamates.

Why is the revision a BR change? Because an interceptor spawn won’t do much already, you can look into the Me 262 A-1a/Jabo and see even the strike spawn won’t help it make a dent the moment any other jet throws itself at it. The 262 simply can’t compete with most early jets.

The Schwalbe’s main downside will be it’s ballistics and ammo count, it means the 262 will need to conserve ammo, but it will also miss a lot which then translates into constant airfield runs and constant takeoff, where the poor acceleration and climbrate will make themselves known.

The 262 will be easy to catch on the constant takeoff, misjudged turns and sometimes even just diving on them will work, they won’t reasonably reach 3km altitudes reliably.

And even if you can’t reach it because of AA, you can essentially force it to leave the match by camping it’s airfield, because remember, Mk-108s don’t perform well in headon attacks either.
This post, while not 100% accurate to what I said now (262 doesn’t need an airspawn) it does explain how props would counter the 262.

So… Meteor Mk.3 back to 7.0 ?

But if it receives a coastal vessel spawn, then it’s bound for a BR increase in the future. It would perform too well by farming pesky little motor boats. Average 3.3 boats and below cannot inflict reasonable damage on the HMS Spey with 40 mm Bofors guns and smaller calibers.

The M-802 used to be 3.7, and it’s now at 4.3 because of this.

The Flower-class corvettes at 2.3 are too good, especially in AB, where you can simply start farming motor boats in open spawn areas. So I want to avoid this change for the Spey.

Instead, I’d argue that it should keep its status as a bluewater vessel but have its BR reduced to 3.0. There are plenty of overtiered bluewater vessels that should have their BR reduced to 3.0, such as HMS Churchill, Commandant Dominé, and La Surprise.

Sure? I never played it and I only see later meteors currently so I can’t really speak for it.

Also isn’t the current Mk.3 a later variant with a more powerful powerplant? if an earlier one is added go ahead and drop it even lower.
