Yes, they are killable when they approach you, that’s the only time they are killable.
The rest of the time you just watch them and wait for them to swoop in again.
bud even something like the mig-21f-13 (one of the lesser played TT 9.3s) have 33000 spawns. You almost never see a PFM in an average match.

I don’t think you can really compare spawns between a TT and an event plane really, significantly less people have access to the PFM, or will ever be able to access it.
