This M4 hybrid outclasses the other Shermans of 3.7 and is more comparable to the M4A2 at 4.0.
It uses an M4A3 hull and engine giving it significantly better mobility and a much stronger armor profile over the M4 and M4A4 that it shares a BR with.
The M4 and M4A4 both have flat hull ports for the driver/hull gunner while the Swede Sherman is a single, Angled plate.
The M4/M4A4 have hull MG weak spots too, The III/IV does not.
The III/IV has a power to weight of 15.4 hp/t
The M4/M4A4 have 13.1 hp/t.
The M4A2 at 4.0 is even less at 12.6 hp/t.
While the III/IV doesn’t have a .50 on its roof, Neither does the M4A4, And the mobility advantage more than makes up for it anyway.

You dont get any CMs at 10.7 currently and only 4 AIM-9Js when stuff like J35XS is 10.3 with 6 9J, large CMs only 12 but you can 1 pop any IR off of you. And you can dogfight almost anything in a 1v1 and win also can climb/be really fast. And thats also not mentioning the other 10.3/10.7 things with CMs and same or better missiles or FM.
8.3 would be ok, but they need to make the bomber spawn higher, for the TU and B52. 10,000m just like the event.

seems fair to me, either face full uptier to 9.0-8.7 and face jets that will eat you alive or get lucky with a 7.3-7.0 downtier and face fighters/interceptor that can maintain the same speed
right now, both bombers either get uptiered to feed the jet interceptors or downtier to face jets that will still catch up to them and that should change

Inferior to every other 6.7 heavy tank, It has terrible gun depression and an abysmal reload.
It received BR-471D when it moved up in an attempt to justify it, However BR-471D is WORSE than the other shells it has, Only offering a small flat pen increase at the cost of way worse angled pen(which matters more than flat) and worse HE filler.
This shell was also originally removed because the IS-2’s didn’t ever carry it, So not only should the tank move back down it should also lose the non-historical shell thats useless anyway.

The rank difference between the different copies of the M24 is beyond stupid, All it does is unfairly lock out some nations from using it to do events/tasks.
Performance wise its a side grade to the 4.0 M4’s, Trading armor for extra mobility.

Its comparable to the M24, Having the same firepower with a bit more power to weight and can sometimes survive a frontal hit on the hull due to its engine placement, However it has significantly worse reverse speed and no stabilizer, and no HMG.
Even compare it to the AMX-M24 mutant at 3.7, Where it gets the best of both tanks while being a lower BR? I guess the downside is that one hurts your eyes to look at, But its silly how the worse version of the tank is higher.
Gaijin please reconsider those prop changes, that is absolutely absurd to raise any of those besides the yaks at ground rb. The zeros are already some of the worst planes at that br, they are too slow to face anything the proposed br’s
except they cant the ME 262 for example travels at max speed 865 KMH
the B52 does 961KMH and gets a airspawn its literally untouchable thats not fair thats just as OP as a XP50
not to mention the only option would be to attack from behind and get hit by a 20mm vulcan

I thought it was the other way around? Regardless, I’d prefer the Mk.IX with the Mk.III gun like you propose so that the Mk.X would serve more of purpose when added, ideally in the folder.
