Vehicle: M13/40 (all types), M14/41 BR Change: 1.7, 2.0 → 1.3 all Reason: Putting these in the same post since they’re copy/pastes of eachother with some having more depression than others or slightly different engines and weights. They all look and play the same.
These tanks are practically the same as a T-26 (a reserve tank), but trading much of its penetration for gun depression and enough armor to stop things bigger than a 7.62 coax. The armor, while good hulldown, is otherwise not particularly impressive and the mobility is quite poor as well. With their weak guns, they struggle against tanks of the same BR and are hopeless when uptiered. Even at 1.3, they will be mostly outclassed by the Pz. III F, only holding an edge in their superior turret layout.
Old wt wiki devs cooked, like this is info you would never find in new wt wiki. Lead indicator displays from far more than 3 km and ap shells present in each belt dont self destruct at all.
Vehicle: M15/42, M14/41 (47/40) BR Change: 2.7, 2.3 → 2.0 (GRB) Reason: Putting these together since they’re so similar to eachother, the main difference being the lower BR M14/41 (47/40) gets a pretty decent 13.2mm machinegun in the hull not present in the higher BR M15/42.
Totally outclassed by their peers and struggle massively in uptiers. These suffer from the same issues as their earlier counterparts mentioned in my post above, but with only marginally improved penetration and mobility. Realistically, the extra 50mm thick frontal patch on the M15/42 does nothing to make it tougher. These two tanks compare very unfavorably to other tanks at 2.3 and 2.7 like the Pz. III J, Chi-Ha Kai, and T-50 with firepower, mobility, and armor.
Ain’t no way we’re still raising the br of the zeros… honestly the A7 changes are fair since the guns they get are incredibly good and easy to aim. But the A6s? They’re already miserable to play. No speed, poor climb, no survivability. You cannot take the initiative; you have to wait for your opponent to make a mistake. The actual planes themselves already had no reason being higher than 4.7
what they need to do is raise the BR of the Ki-84s, those things are fucking criminal at 5.3
Edit: honestly the zeros are pretty damn strong if you just simply climb with it, they magically produce more engine power than BF-109s at 6km when irl they struggled past like 2500 since their engine just straight up chokes to death
Eh not really I’d still take the armor on the M4A2 (and it’s smoke) or Composito (actual sleeper tank I wish more people would talk about) besides most guns at 4.0 or higher just go straight through the hull or turret on the Sherman III/IV and it lacks a 50 cal, honestly just makes the vehicle null and void personally when the T-34 exists and is imo a far better 4.0 medium than the III/IV
How I’d edit these changes:
Move S.O.4050 Vautour IIN to 9.0 in GRB
Move Sea Vixen to 9.0 in GRB
Move WZ-305 up to 8.3
Move M247 up to 9.3
Leave Spitfire Mk24 at 6.7
Move BI up to 7.0 GRB
Leave F7F-3 at 6.3 in GRB
Buff Centauro II turret traverse to be on par with Sabra turret traverse since it’s going up to 12.3 (34/s on ace crew = same as a non-aced BVM, Abrams, or Leopard)
BMPT and BMPT-72 go to 12.0, not just 11.7
Yeah, I have no idea why the devs are so against moving the Tonkas down. The GR4/SLE would barely be a blip for any other aircraft, there are already stronger aircraft with IRCCM at 12.0.
yee, honestly, if gaijin move the fuckass P-51H-5 to 7.0 where it fuckin belongs then a lot more things will be a lot more playable, and the fucking LF Mk.Ixs thank GOD they got moved up
