It still should not be 12.7, we just need decompression. Why is it worthy of only being 0.3 higher than a JH-7A with 4 IRCCM missiles and worse flight performance?

Mirage 4000 13.0 → 12.7 | Weak radar, still useless 530D, no HMS. worse almost in every aspect than Su-27 or Su-33.
